I bought a used crane from a 3rd party, and even though I have yet to spend a dollar with CTS, Mike and Rob have gone out of their way to answer all of my questions and guide me through the process. It's extremely refreshing to see that people still run family businesses the "old-fashioned way" with great service and a willingness to help the customer no matter what. I can't recommend these guys enough. if you're considering doing business with them, you won't be disappointed.
