When I started searching for a roofing team, I had heard about Craftsmen from one of my neighbors who used their services for siding. While I had other quotes I ended up choosing Craftsmen for a couple main reasons: 1. the sales team made everything crystal clear and went the extra mile to really make sure they understood the issue I was having with my roof which was causing leaks, and 2. they included details about any possible extra costs in case the house needed to be re-decked which other quotes skipped or seemed to think was unnecessary. After having the roofing work completed I'm entirely satisfied with my choice. The project crew was patient as I made some last minute decisions with a separate fireplace removal which would have also needed roofing work, but Craftsmen was OK with delaying so that we could get the roof work done in 1 shot. The final product looks great and there wasn't any mess left over. Even my neighbors were surprised with how quick the work was done and they hardly noticed any noise. I would absolutely recommend Craftsmen for future work.

We replaced our siding and had 8 windows replaced in the Fall of 2025 with Craftsmen Home Improvements in Edina. We chose Hardie Board siding and Richlin by Hayfield series windows (which is a MN company) and we’re very happy with both choices. Joni and Janae were very efficient and helpful in scheduling everything. Beto and team went above and beyond and were just great to work with on the siding, as were Tim, Tom and Matt on the windows. Erik gave the bid and I especially appreciate his suggestion to change our twin casement windows to one casement. They became a little smaller but because that piece of vertical wood down the middle is no longer there, give in a lot more light with an unobstructed view. No other contractor offered that idea. An added perk with the siding is that wasps don’t have the gaps from before to build their nests. All in all a great experience. Thank you!

We had been looking for a roofing contractor and taking bids for several weeks. This was not an insurance replacement, but merely because our roof was old and needed to be replaced. While Craftsmen Home Improvements was not the cheapest, both my wife and myself thought they offered the best product and warranty. The roof replacement went seamlessly! The crew was courteous, freindly, and professional. The foreman kept us informed of each step. The workers were courteous and respectful, without any profanity or ungodly music. We are more than satisfied with their work and heartily recommend them for any job you may need around your home!
