Tom and his employee did an amazing job refinishing my hardwood floors. Tom listened to me and my husband being very respectful of our wishes and making sure he did things the way we wanted them to be. Was really easy to work with, answered all my questions, gave us good information regarding taking care of the floors going further and overall did an excellent job. Having them here wasn’t as disruptive as I had imagined. I expected there to be dust everywhere and there wasn’t and the smell to be bothersome and it wasn’t. We are so very happy with the work and absolutely love how our floors look. I highly recommend them and if I ever have another house that needs the floors done, I know exactly who I’ll call.

Tom is a perfectionist! We could not be happier with our new floors. We have a 100+ year old home with many areas that "settled" resulting in extreme differences in floor height. Tom and his crew were able to level the floor which was no easy task. I highly recommend Tom!

I contacted Tom to install about 2,000 sq ft of engineered hardwood flooring I had already purchased. Tom’s communication was prompt and his price was fair. He throughly explained his process and even called the manufacturer of our floor to fully understand installation instructions and best practices.

Our flooring was one part of a large renovation with a lot of moving pieces. Tom was very accommodating with a constantly changing schedule and was a total pro every step of the way. The floors look great and Tom suggested some flush mount vents that turned out amazing.

Will absolutely be calling Tom again when it comes time to do our staircase and second floor.

Tom and his team did an excellent job installing a new hardwood floor and refinishing an existing floor. The old floor was in pretty rough shape but Tom was able to bring it back to life. After staining, we can’t even tell the difference between the new and old floors now. The communication from Tom was top notch throughout the project and they finished on time and on budget. It was great working with Crafrsman Hardwood.

We love our new floors! We used Craftsman Hardwood Floors as part of a larger remodel. Tom and Scott laid new floor in one part of the house and sanded/refinished the existing hardwood in the rest so everything matched. They were professional, communicative, and timely. I also appreciated that Tom showed us a sample of the stain we picked on a small section of the floor just in case it wasn’t quite the color we wanted. Would highly recommend for all of your hardwood floor projects!

Tom and his team were such a pleasure to work with during the renovation of our home. We had a tricky area that was not handled well whenever the floors were first installed and Tom took the time to think of solutions to make sure we had something cost effective but also as seamless as possible. Tom installed pre-finished wood flooring on our upper level and shoe on the main floor. He was very responsive, professional, and easy to work with. He was punctual when completing the work and got the job done in the estimated time frame. There were some additional challenges with matching the stair nose, vent inserts, and shoe and he did a phenomenal job. It is apparent that he takes pride in his work and is very skilled— the floors were perfectly installed! While it is inconvenient to have workers in your home, Tom was very respectful and cleaned up each day. It felt like having a friend or family member completing the job. The week flew by and it was well worth it! Thank you Tom!
