Disappointed in my experience. Food and service were good however manager did not honor our Westfield card (2 checks in larger party but only “1 per table”). Large number of Colts fans there to watch the game but 1 tv with Colts. Multiple tvs tuned to Browns game so multiple tables turned to watch the Colts. Rude response to “can we watch the Colts “. Interesting response considering advertising for Colts game specials on their windows. Won’t be returning on a Sunday during football season.
Crafters Pizza was excellent! We had a recommendation from a friend and decided to give it a try while in the area. We ordered the Jerry Jones pizza which has smoked brisket on top. It did not disappoint! Appetizers, pizza, service, and atmosphere were all great. Would recommend anyone to stop by.
I took my wife out to dinner at Crafters in Carmel, IN. First off we had a half hour wait, which is not all that long. Second the house cream ale was sold out, which is why we wanted to go in the first place. Third, we asked if a TV could be tuned to the Purdue game and the manager who came and talked to is was beyond rude and argumentative. Totally unprofessional. I could not believe the way he handled that request. He was baiting and condescending with his words and actions. Our waitress however, was the best! We loved her! After the run in with the manager we will have to think long and hard to see if this place is worth a second chance.
