Great day, interesting, informative, fun and quality beers and good company.
Top day. Our host Rachel was fantastic as were all the people who shared information and knowledge. Never knew how much thought, effort and experience went into creating such a wide variety of beers. Made to feel welcome, a part of the group ( by the end we were comfortable and having a laugh and a joke with people who were complete strangers at the start) and thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Will let people at work know and hopefully book on again with them. Thank you to all involved, look forward to seeing you again in the near future. 🍻👍
Great Beer Tour
This was a great tour. We visited 3 local breweries and tasted lots of different beers. Antonio was so friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us lots of great information about the beers and made it a relaxed and fun afternoon. Highly recommend this tour.

I couldn't recommend this more highly. We visited 3 different local breweries in Bristol, they were relatively close together which was super convenient. Our guide Oliver was a sound bloke, incredibly knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He gave a basic overview of the processes involved with making beer, but he could also answer as many in depth and technical questions as you wanted to ask. Great value too, we got essentially 5 or so pints in smaller measures over the total trip time. All of the places sold beers too though so you could really make a go of it if you wanted to 😂 Great experience and highly recommended for tourists and locals alike.

A brilliant tour. 3 great, innovative breweries and our super guide, Antonio, was very knowledgeable and created a fun atmosphere throughout. It was like we were a group of friends out on a Saturday afternoon beer crawl, even though we'd never met before! Would highly recommend this tour.

Great value, great ales and very well organised
I’m completing this on behalf of my husband and friend. I booked the tour as a gift to them both for their Birthdays and the enjoyed it so much they want to come back and do another! They loved the ales they tried, the venues and the good vibe of the tour overall.

An excellent day. Our guide was knowledgeable and fun and we had a wonderful day We were a group of strangers but, through our mutual interest in beer, had some great conversations and laughs. We visited 3 different breweries and had 10 quite different beers. Would definitely recommend this tour.

Excellent experience & John our guide was top drawer. 3 breweries over 4 hours (Battersea, Mondo, Distortion) & then stay in the last one, each different in size, great selection of beers & so good to listen to the owner of Distortion brewery who was so passionate. Great day out, recommend going with a mate or two

Looking forward to our beer craft tour in London yesterday, We went to our local train station to catch the train into London only to find out that all the Thames Link trains from Peterborough were cancelled and that it was not going to be possible to get into London, I emailed the Beer Craft Company explaining all this only to be told that they had a 48 hour cancellation policy, sorry, I told them that I’m not cancelling I can’t get into London and would like to change for a later date, not had any reply so looks like I’ve lost all my money at no fault of myself, would be nice to have some sympathy guys
Hi Gary,I know we have already spoken and arranged for you to come on the tour, but I wanted to respond here so that others reading it can be reassured of what we have done.Firstly, you are of course welcome back on the tour with your vouchers and we have confirmed this with you personally. You have certainly not lost your money or vouchers, and we look forward to seeing you on the tour soon. The confusion appears to have come from our immediate response to you when we attempted to explain that it would be fine if you arrived on the tour late, and your options around this. It was never our intention to cancel your booking and as we have already arranged together, you are transferring your booking to a later date.We are a tiny business and on the day you contacted us, we were out running our experiences and weren’t able to get back to all of your emails straight away. Your tour was on the Saturday and we did contact you on that Saturday, then the following Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, either by phone or email, until we got through to you to explain the situation. I accept that we could have contacted you on the Sunday, but this is the only day we have off and we usually wait until Monday to respond to customer messages from the weekend. I also accept that this caused some frustration on your behalf, and I regret that we were not able to resolve your enquiry sooner. It appears that during this time you wrote the above review.Because we are such a small business, we take a lot of pride in our tours and want every customer to feel that they had a great experience. We feel a genuine sense of disappointment when we hear a customer has experienced otherwise, and I felt it personally when I read your review. I hope that when we do welcome you down, that you enjoy our tour as much as possible and that you will reconsider your opinion and your review here.
