CQ Floors installed hard wood flooring in my newly purchased two story home. I had a small window of time between the previous owners moving out and when I wanted to move in. Justin came out to measure and gave a detailed quote right away. They worked around painters I had scheduled for the same week. The installers were professional and skilled. Justin kept me updated on the progress and even completed the job earlier than expected. The floors look great and changed the whole look of my home. I will definitely use them again for any future projects I have.

Had a wonderful experience with CQ FLOORS from start to finish. After putting laminated floors in we felt we needed carpet put back in some areas & got a referral from a friend in neighborhood. So happy we did. Justin the Sales Rep was extremely nice & help us decide what’s best & was on time for appt so pretty amazing. Next an installer Mike came to put it down did a beautiful job in a day & one of the kindest people around. I always get referrals for any job we want done & understand why they have 5 stars. I love my new floors. But there are a few things that I’m not happy about. I have a chip in the tile in my bathroom and there are some wood missing next to the closet rails. You can see where they patched one of them up but left the other ones void. They left raw edges in the office area. We added a thin piece of wood to cover it up.

Took a chip out of laminate flooring. Minor blemish. Luckily Jose came out sanded and sealed at a great price. Appreciated customer service as difficult to get somebody to do such minor repair. Looks good. Highly recommended.

CQ Floors installed LVP for us a few years ago, so when it was time for new carpet I didn't even really consider anyone else. (Although I did get a comparison bid and CQ's pricing was in line with others, but definitely a better estimate of total product needed!) CQ has a good selection of carpets to choose from and are very knowledgeable about the products and were able to make recommendations based on our home and lifestyle. Installation was great and the crew was very respectful of our home and our time. They cleaned up at the end of both days, inside and outside. I couldn't be happier with how the entire process went. Nice people and they do quality work.

From the moment we entered the showroom we were impressed with the availability of rug choices and the owner's knowledge. This made it possible for him to explain some of the differences in the variety of products available so we could make an informed selection. The fact that there was also a dedicated crew to execute installation was also important us. The two people that did our installation did an excellent and very efficient job. There were a couple of very minor corrections that were addressed right away. Thank you!
