Carl installed my aircon. Very professional and polite. I was worried about the mess after all the drilling but my worries were unfounded as Carl and his apprentice cleaned up everything as they worked. They even went round afterwards to make sure there was no dust anywhere. I would highly recommend CPX Electrical to anyone. The work is very neat and tidy.

Carl fitted a 3 unit air conditioning system for us in our home, he arrived on time both days and was very professional explaining everything from the get go! He completed the job within the time frame mentioned and cleaned everything up afterwards. I highly recommend CPX electrical ltd if you want any form of electrical work doing! Will definitely be using CPX again in the future!

Carl recently installed our air conditioning system and I couldn’t be happier with the service from start to finish. The work was completed to a high standard, everything runs perfectly, and he took the time to walk us through how the system works — which was really appreciated.
What stood out most was that he went above and beyond by removing a radiator for us, something that wasn’t part of the job but he was happy to help with. I would highly recommend Carl to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful installer

Carl came to replace some spotlights for us. He gave us a very reasonable quote for the work. He rang ro check that the appointment was still okay the night before and accommodated our request for an early time slot. He was on time, well presented, very friendly. Clean and tidy in his work. He even added extra works into the original job, on the day. Nothing was too much effort. He was polite and the estimate did not change! He rang the next day to check everything was okay and said to ring if any problems.would not hesitate to recommend him to friends, or use him again in the future.

Carl installed our air con and did a brilliant job. Genuine great guy, know his stuff, very professional, and the work he did was absolutely spotless. He tidied up after himself and stayed quite late in the cold & dark to make sure everything was done to a perfect standard. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone.

I am delighted with the air conditioner/heat pump installed this week by CPX Electrical Ltd.
My experience with this company from the outset has been excellent.
They have been very helpful, providing prompt, professional, advice throughout, especially from Sophie.
The installation was undertaken by Carl and his apprentice Kane.
Holes had to be drilled in walls, but no one would have known following the installation as they cleaned up with dust pan and brush and their own vacuum cleaner.
Of major importance to me, Carl was fastidious in making sure the installation looked good, for example, hiding nearly all the pipework and wiring.
A very good product, keenly priced and excellently installed.

I had Carl for an electrical check at my cottage prior to renting it. I needed an EICR form and had only a week before the tenants moved in. He came to the job immediately on the Monday to check out all the electrics then completed work needed on the Wednesday. Carl was very thorough and made recommendations on what needed doing to improve it which was RCD and surge protectors plus having more switches in the fuse box. The work was done to a very good standard with the end result looking neat and tidy.
