This was a great option for completing the hands-on portion of my PALS renewal. The site was clean, the scheduling process was easy, and Chris was great about answering my questions and getting my eCard to me promptly. Will probably go back when it's time for my ACLS renewal.

Yes, the American Heart Association has begun implementing its Heartcode courses which is the online + hands-on skills to give its students the flexibility and freedom to complete classes on their own time and at their convenience. CPR Lifeline is such a great resource for healthcare professionals who need to complete BLS/ACLS/PALS certification or re-certification. Staff is extremely attentive to any issues that may arise and are readily available to help. The Union Avenue location was very easy to find. Parking was also a very seamless process. The hands-on portion of the training was in a very comfortable room with space and was a very easy process. Great online course that goes into detail about what to do in certain situations. Make sure to tilt the manikins head back further than you think, so the airway isn't blocked.

One week ago, I renewed my PALS online And completed my PALS skills check off through CPR lifeline at a local office. There were very easy & thorough instructions. There was quick and easy access. I was finished with my In person, virtual assistant skills check off In a record time of seven minutes. I was shocked and so happy with the cleanliness and working ability of the mannequin and computer system that are to be utilized to complete these skills check off. In a hospital setting the mannequins are usually broken down and ragged and at this location through CPR lifeline it was so clean and so well managed and worked beautifully. I will absolutely be recommending this to my other Coworkers / healthcare workers.

I’ll be going back working in the hospital setting in a few weeks and needed to get BLS certified. The location was very close to where I’m staying at. It was nice, clean, safe and quiet. The process to do your BLS with the Manikins was very easy and understandable. The course work was very understandable and easy even if you have no prior knowledge. If you’re looking to get your BLS this is your place !!
