Signed up online for class. Paid online and at checkout they have additional options. Pay more for this and that. No refund policy! Terrible scheduling cancelled 4 hours before class was to meet. Do not by any means schedule with this company never again. Find any other option!

Very disappointing experience. My Saturday class was first cancelled and rescheduled to an arbitrary date picked by CPR Kansas City during the middle of the work week. When I showed up to the rescheduled class, the instructor never showed up. After waiting 20 minutes for the instructor, I received a text that the class was cancelled, with no information about a reschedule or refund. No idea whether I'll ever get an official refund or reschedule.

Cancelled my class this morning 40 minutes before class started and rescheduled me to a time that didn’t work for me. Customer service has escalated my call because I have no requested a refund and they’ve told me no refunds. Hopefully this can be resolved easily but in my opinion very unprofessional to cancel so close to the class time. I will never use or recommend them to anyone as I took off work for this class.

Customer service was terrible. My class got canceled & rescheduled 2x both times less than 3 hours before the class. Didn’t get my ecard & had to call the RUDE customer service again. Don’t spend your money here!

Never have experienced such lack of professionalism in my life, double booked by accident, called they said they don’t give refunds even though it is not posted anywhere which I pointed out and then they said okay we will refund one of the 2, at that point I was done so I asked to cancel the other and they said we don’t give refunds which they clearly do, they literally just did, they still refused so I selected the 3:00 class for my schedule, then they canceled the class and moved me to a different time that did not fit my schedule and have now ghosted me, place is a scam. I have emailed numerous times, I’m guessing this is your gambit when you get a negative review
