The course was great. I really enjoyed the way the instructor taught us. Her name was darlene. She was very understanding and patient. Everything was hands on, she had test dummy’s of adults, children and babies. Very intuitive class.

This rating is for my instructor 12/10 in VB not the company. The company canceled my class twice and didn’t give me notice of a change in location for the third, but third time is a charm. This instructor was thorough and efficient.

This place is a SCAM!! Make a reservation at CPR CLASS NEAR ME INSTEAD!!!!
I strongly urge anyone considering this place to look elsewhere. My experience was extremely unprofessional and stressful. I made a reservation in October for the beginning of November, and they rescheduled my class 3 SEPARATE TIMES!! ON THE ACTUAL DATE of the class each time. I had a firm deadline for my certification at the end of the month, and their last-minute cancellations put me in a terrible position.
Customer service made things even worse. I was repeatedly told the next class would “definitely” happen, only for it to be canceled again. Thier representative even raised their voice and became aggressive toward me, despite the situation being caused by their own constant cancellations. Every time, the excuse was an “emergency” with the instructor, and I kept getting the runaround instead of real help.
Save yourself the stress, time, and money.
CPR Classes Near Me saved me — they had an available class the next day, just days before my deadline, and the whole experience was completely stress-free. I wish I had gone with them from the start.
