Thus, we may have even closer class locations near you in 2 years, just in time for your renewal
Jennifer was an amazing teacher, she explains everything well and made the class enjoyable and will help explain anything you need help to understand

DO NOT book a class at the mountain brook Birmingham Alabama location with CPR instructor Shahnaz. She was 40 mins late, and her class was 4 hours long! She was rude and kept getting off topic and wasting time when the course could have been 2 hours long. She kept coming up with these ridiculous scenarios that would never happen and we all were confused. I was there only to renew my certificate and I’ve been in healthcare for years. There is absolutely no reason for any working individual to sit for a 4 hour class especially if the instructor is 40 minutes late. And she refused to give me my CPR certificate.
I gave 4 stars because the company is great, they were very responsive to my complaints and offered my refund. But I still cant get back the wasted 4 hours of my life and I work full time and I am a mom.
