I chose to instruct Capital Property Lawyers when purchasing our new house because out of the several companies that were providing me quotes, it was only CPL who actually phoned me, within 5 minutes, to discuss the process, rather than simply sending a basic email, or another company who didn’t get in touch with me at all! It was Peter who handled our purchase and he was always available to call when I had questions or difficulties understanding the paperwork. I knew he would answer the phone straight away or call back as soon as possible and he was more than happy to chat. Peter and Christopher at CPL, made the whole buying process smooth and easy and I am grateful to be able to say that they made this process pretty much stress free (which is a rarity for most when buying a house). I would absolutely recommend CPL if you value excellent and personable customer service. It was an absolute pleasure to have Peter and Chris on my team. Thankyou CPL!
