What a company!!
Great Technicians.. Professional, Great Work Ethic, Informative!!
They came out to our business and told us exactly what the problem was, gave us a quote & scheduled our appointment. It rained on our original date so they called to inform us that they would be out the next morning and they were.... EARLY!! I am happy to report our heat is working & within the hour all offices are comfortable. I will recommend you to any one that may need your services.

Our heat stopped working on a Friday afternoon before the weekend of the ICE storm 2026. I was worried about finding someone to come out late on a Friday before the weekend. I was referred to Covington Air. I called and Ashley (very sweet lady) said don't worry I can have a technician out between 4 and 6. Mike showed up during the scheduled time. He was very knowledgeable and checked everything out and had it up and running in no time. He gave us a few tips we weren't aware of. I was very surprised how affordable the service was. I told Mike if we have any problems in the future with our heat or air we will call Covington Air and ask for him. I always love to use a local business when we can.

I’ve used Covington Air Systems twice now and both times they’ve able to have a tech there same day to repair my heat. They are very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend them for all you HVAC needs.

Dallas was great. Saw a potential issue. Called before it became an issue. Dallas quickly addressed and repaired issue. We are now going to use maintainance biyearly. Keeping him as our technician.

he came in, looked and reviewed and observed found a source of my issue showcase to me steps on how to notice this issue if it's something like this happens in the future and also answer some of my questions around routine maintenance of my HVAC system. Overall 10 out of 10 five star experience.

The first night of VBS, it was warm and humid in our atrium - not good!
Evan came out the very next day, found a leak, did his HVAC magic, and the rest of the nights of VBS we were nice and cool for the kiddos and volunteers! Yay!!!
