Very pleased with great service! Bought a home here in Arizona with a pool & retractable pool cover - never had either before. So, I called Coversafe concerning maintenance. Spoke to Kelly (very pleasant, friendly and informative) who got the ball rolling. Got a text from Eddie with date and time for just a few days out. Our technician, Nick, arrived on time - what a great guy! Nick is friendly, kind, extremely proficient, knowledgeable and professional. He did a very complete inspection and maintenance on the equipment and provided me with tips to care for the equipment. I could not have asked for a better experience with this company. I highly recommend Coversafe. In a world of companies that provide good service, these folks stand out with great service!

Tune-up and repair service was provided by Craig who was super courteous, efficient and gave excellent summary of all work performed. We are VERY HAPPY with our pool cover and the service provided by Cover Pools.

Long-term happy customer. Built a house with a pool in 2015. Wanted to keep grandkids safe while playing in the yard, so worked with Coversafe on the design. We are VERY happy with it! 9 years later, we have had a couple of routine service issues, and they are VERY quick to come and fix it for us. Their service manager, Tom Corman, is a very detail-oriented guy who makes sure he gets is adjusted JUST right and makes sure we are happy with it. The cover was well worth it and provides peace of mind. Having great service years after the sale is priceless!

Great experience with Coversafe. I booked an online appointment and within a day, my cover was back up and running, thanks to Craig Brennan. He is so nice and efficient. He had been at my home two years earlier and still remembered the visit. You can count on Coversafe!

Had a great experience with Joseph Crosby at Covercare in the replacement of our pool cover motor. He provided wonderful customer service by arriving in a timely manner (after agreed upon text notification) with a friendly greeting and smile. He was very knowledgeable about Covercare's products & services and was quite patient with all my questions. I truly appreciate his insight on my pool cover maintenance and care.
