A Truly 5-Star Experience!
My experience with 5 Star Hospitality in Aruba was amazing from booking to finish. They truly know how to roll out the red carpet, providing top-notch hospitality throughout my entire stay. The location is absolutely great, and the facilities are kept exceptionally clean.
The only minor drawback is that you do need to keep your key fob on you at all times to navigate the access areas. However, this is definitely not a dealbreaker and is just a small quirk of the property.
Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a premium, hassle-free getaway!

We had an amazing stay! The location was absolutely perfect!! Close and walkable to restaurants, bars, and the beach, which made everything super convenient. There’s also on-site parking, which was great since we love exploring the island.
The apartment was spotless and looked exactly like the photos. It was spacious, super comfortable, and had everything we needed, including a cooler, beach chairs, and beach towels which made our beach days so easy.
We also really appreciated the security measures and key lock system, it made us feel very safe during our stay. Although there is no reason to feel unsafe.
Vicky was an incredible host: communicative, proactive, and always responsive whenever we had questions. You can really tell she cares about her guests having a great experience.
Honestly, we had the best time and will absolutely be back again with more friends and family. Highly recommend!

Stayed here for a week May 2026. I would highly recommend. Huge space, clean, great communication and right in the heart of all the Palm Beach action. We will definitely be back next year!!

Unit 209 not a great experience
Spacious unit, very clean, great location. When you advertise a washer/dryer in the unit, guests are going to count on those appliances being in working order and pack accordingly. The dryer takes 7+ hours to dry a small load of laundry. Not acceptable. They also did not provide toilet paper, we needed to make a special request. It is clear the owners are not concerned with the quality of their guest’s experience.

Unit 209 a poor experience
Unit 209 was a mediocre experience. If you are advertising a washer/dryer in the unit, guests are going to arrive expecting that those appliances will be working and pack clothing accordingly. The dryer takes 7 hours to dry a load of laundry, not acceptable. Also did not supply toilet paper, we had to make a special request. Fairly obvious that the owners do not care about the experience of their guests.

The Cove is in a perfect location as it states on the travel sites. The rooms are big and well furnished. Access to streaming channels and big screen T.V.’s. The hostess's Stan and Vicky are both awesome they were willing to assist with anything you needed answered or help with. We enjoyed our stay at the Cove. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Aruba. If you want to be in walking distance to everything on the strip this is the place to be The Cove.

We had a wonderful stay at this 3-bedroom condo in Aruba. The location was excellent—close to everything we needed, including beaches, restaurants, and shops, which made getting around easy and convenient.
The condo itself was very clean and well-maintained. It had plenty of towels for our group, which was a nice touch and made the stay more comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which is a must in Aruba, and kept the space cool and relaxing the entire time.
Vicky was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She was responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed from start to finish.
Overall, a great place to stay—comfortable, convenient, and well taken care of. We would definitely come back!

The Cove is in the center of Palm Beach. Right in the heart of the shopping and restaurants. The unit was clean and modern. It was great being only a block from the beach. Great night life all within walking distance.

You cannot ask for a better location without being directly on the beach. Many great restaurants, shops, bus stop, etc. right at your doorstep. The unit was very clean. My only two issues were the thermostats having to be set between 19-22°C, it was cold in there and the single blanket on the bed wasn’t enough. My other thing was the unit wasn't very well stocked with essentials. Maybe it is a law in Aruba to not have spices, or certain condiments, but it would be nice if there was at least salt and pepper in the unit. Its hard to buy that stuff when staying for a week and its extra to pack when bringing it from home. My unit last year had a pitcher, which was great to have for cold water. Extra kitchen supplies are needed in that unit. Otherwise, this was my second time staying at The Cove. I love the location and the units are clean, roomy, and comfortable. I would stay again!

I really enjoyed our time at the Cove. Perfect location and a half a block from the beach. It was nice having a car to come and go through the back parking lot. Will stay again! Way better than an all inclusive. $$$$$
