New Flat Roof
Tony has been excellent throughout the process. Had a tile dislodged in gales (not windy enough for the insurance though!) and Tony came round to discuss the costs and options. In the end, due the sunk costs of the scaffolding, Tony repaired the hanging tiles but also the dormitory flat roof (14 year old felt that was beyond its expected life). Excellent price, advice, engagement, communication and the final job looks fantastic and with a 20 year guarantee and expected life of 35 years due to the materials used (different from what was replaced). Very happy to recommend.
Professional, excellent quality work, excellent service
We lost some ridge tiles in a storm and on further inspection, work was required on a chimney-
I requested a quotation by email (1 of 3 ) and received a prompt response. and a good quotation.
Scaffolders turned up early and as s soon as the scaffolding was up, the roofers turned up - very impressive. The owner Tony Cousins, arrived on site and was very precise, pleasant and professional. Scaffolding was required for front and back of the house and all works were completed in 9 days.
The quality of the work was outstanding! A very professional company, who I highly recommend.
Complete professional. Honest, trustworthy and has integrity. Helped us fix our problem even though it potentially didn't make him any money.
We had Tony come over to look at a leak we have through our pitched roof on our extension. We'd already had 2 quotes from other roofers that had quoted us thousands.
Tony identified the issue and possible solutions that we could do ourselves before we should invest in major works. This immediately demonstrated integrity and honesty and we will go to him for any future roofer issues.
He was very pleasant to deal with, and we 100% recommend!

Cousins Roofing replaced the felt on our flat roof & fitted a new lantern. Very pleased with the work carried out & price paid. Workmen took care with the work & cleared away rubbish etc. I would happily use them again and would recommend.

Good reliable company with good workmanship
This is a local company to my property and have work on several properties. I found the whole process from estimate to completion was very easy and I would recommend this company for replacing a pitched roof. I would certainly employ this company again.
I had a leaking dormer window that several companies tried to fix without success. Cousins Roofing & Building finally solved the problem. They handled the roofing work and coordinated with the window installers to make sure everything was done properly. Professional, efficient, and easy to work with- highly recommended.
