Great service from Tony and his team. Completely stripped, boarded out and felted our kitchen roof in one day. The whole team worked in unison to do a great job. Highly recommend.

The stakes are high when the roof over your head needs replacing, but we were in safe hands with Cousins Roofing.
Great first impression - Of the three firms I invited to quote for the job, Tony was the only one to show up at the agreed time (early in fact!), in a sign-written van, wearing a branded shirt.
Punctuality and communication - Not only was Tony able to answer all of my questions and give useful advice, but the questions he asked gave me full confidence that he understood what I wanted. He regularly updated me on progress including photos, which really put my mind at ease as I was out of the country whilst most of the work took place. On the few occasions I needed to speak to him, he was very easy to get hold of via telephone and whatsapp.
Speed and cleanliness - They clearly have a big team to throw at these jobs. I counted 5 guys working on my roof at one point and progress was rapid! All nice and respectful lads too, one guy even swept around the outside of the property each day to keep things tidy which was a nice touch.
Quality work - I went up on the scaffolding to have a look for myself after they'd finished, I'm no expert but it looked immaculate. I spotted a small issue, which Tony had sorted the same day.

Thanks for your positive review Sharmina. It’s a shame we couldn’t carry out the work for you, but the very next day was not possible for us. We were curious to receive only 4 stars, especially since we only offered telephone advice. Customer service and reviews are important to us. If you could reconsider a 5 star review that would be amazing. Of course if you had reason to only leave 4 then please let us know what we could do to improve your experience.

Full roof replacement (SE9)
We used Cousins to replace our roof. Very good at communicating and providing a clear quote before the work was started. They turned up on time and were efficient in completing the job, keeping us updated throughout. Our new roof looks great and we would use them again for any future work.

Dormer roof repair (SE10)
Tony provided a fantastic service. From visiting the property to investigate the leak, providing an estimate, organising the scaffolding and completing the repair, the service and communication was excellent. I am planning to use Cousins Roofing again in the future for other building work.

Really nice company to deal with (answered text messages at the w/e). Kept me informed about when the work would be carried out (weather dependent). It was a small job but they were professional and efficient and the work looked good on the final photos. The men who carried out the work were hardworking, polite and considerate.

Couldn’t recommend these enough. Arrived on the day we agreed and got straight to work first thing working all day and keeping the house clean and tidy when working and always left the day with it being clean and no rubble or mess anywhere. Everyone working was polite and explained everything that was happening throughout the job.

Loft Conversion (DA15)
Alan, Jimmy and the team at Cousins recently carried out a loft conversion and other renovations to our house and we would throughly recommend them! The project was managed by Alan and he kept us updated on the progress throughout and was full of ideas and suggestions. All the tradesman used were all professional and their work was of a very high standard. Our home has been transformed and has given us so much more space for years to come... thanks to Cousins.
