Thank you to the Courtney Bed CEO! After 14 years of heavy use, our Courtney Bed finally needed a few replacement parts, and Erin has been absolutely amazing to work with. She truly understood how difficult it has been trying to get my daughter’s Medicaid waiver to cover the parts, and she went above and beyond to make sure her replacements arrived quickly. Her support helped reduce the risk of my daughter getting hurt while we waited yet again on Medicaid after already waiting a year and jumping through every required hoop with no success. Because of Erin and the incredible Courtney Bed team, our holidays are so much less stressful. We cannot thank the Courtney Bed family enough for their kindness, compassion, and outstanding customer service. We are truly looking forward to another 15 years of safe, stress-free sleep with our original Courtney Bed.

My daughter has profound autism. We used grant money to buy a “Courtney Bed” to keep her safely restrained at night. It’s beautiful, extremely well made, durable, and safe. We’ve had it for 2 years so far and it’s one of THE BEST purchases we’ve ever made for her; Knowing she is absolutely safe and comfortable at night is invaluable. My daughter has sensory processing needs and is an active jumper and her bed remains sturdy. Even after moving out of state, taking the bed apart and putting it back together, her bed remains durable! Also, she digs in her diaper if she isn’t in a zippered bodysuit and the mattress, canvas, and mesh continues to clean very well each time. Our insurance did not cover the cost, even with a letter of medical necessity, but we were fortunate enough use grant money and the Courtney Bed company were knowledgeable and helpful. Bed Frame is “Honey” (a lighter wood/honey oak color. Enclosure Panels are “Natural” (an off-white cream color)

10/10 ⭐️. Hands down the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. The bed itself is made of the highest quality materials. We won’t have to worry about our son’s safety at night anymore. I highly recommend a Courtney bed if you have a child that needs a safety bed. Supporting an American made company is a plus as well as they are located in Bangor, Maine.

The Courtney Bed has been a life-changer for Our Family. As a parent of two special needs children, safety during sleep is a top-priority-and the Courtney Bed has truly been a game-changer for our family. The bed itself is extremely well-built and thoughtfully designed. It gives our child a secure, comfortable place to sleep without the fear of climbing out or getting hurt during the night. We especially appreciate that its made in the U.S. Most importantly, our daughter loves it. We noticed a big improvement in her sleep and overall calmness at bedtime. It feels amazing knowing she's safe and we're finally able to rest, too. I highly recommend the Courtney Bed to any family with a child who needs extra safety support at night. It's more than just a bed--its peace of mind.

This bed is the absolute best investment we've made for our autistic daughter. To finally have peace of mind knowing our daughter is safe throughout the night has no price. The bed is absolutely beautiful and extremely well made. This is everything we've ever needed. The company was so easy to work with and so so kind. Shipping was extremely fast for an order this large. The bed was easy to assemble and came very well packaged. I would recommend the Courtney Bed to anyone who needs safety at night for their child. 10/10 the absolute best company to work with if you ever need a bed like this for your kiddo with special needs. My son loves his bed like a playground castle. As a momma it makes me feel happy he has a safe place to sleep and relax. It makes me even happier that they have put the time and love into making this an invaluable piece of beautiful furniture so that it doesn't look like something that belongs in a hospital - IT BELONGS in YOUR HOME. We have had issues lately with pajama stripping and it has been fabulous to work with this family owned/run business. They have quickly helped to address this issue. They've treated us like family from the very start of us looking into getting one of their beds. If you're looking for a safe place for your special kiddo to sleep, you'll sleep so well at night knowing they're safely resting in their awesome Courtney bed.

The family that owns courtney bed are some of the most kind and loving business owners that I have ever had the pleasure to communicate with and be a customer of. They have a direct family reason for designing the bed and a heart for the families with children who need them. If you need one, please call them and they will help direct you to how to get one ordered. I am so glad I researched what bed I wanted and was well informed before I spoke to my insurance or a 3rd party medical supply agency! 20 of 10 customer service, and I will gladly recommend this bed to everyone I meet.

We have had our Courtney Bed for several years now and it has been such an amazing thing to have. It gives my son the safety he needs but also the freedom to stim and bounce and self-soothe while he is inside of it. He enjoys playing inside of it as well and when he has friends visit, they all want a bed like his! It looks cool and is functional for a child who would otherwise harm himself. Thank you!

My daughter has a Courtney bed and WE LOVE it ! She has had it for 6years , she is 10 years old now and sleeps safe and sound every night ! She has hydrocephalus brain cysts and epilepsy with intractable seizures, she has global developmental delays and no sense of danger . she is protected if she has a seizure and can't fall out she has CP she can sit up but not walk . this bed has been a life saver for her !
