I was gifted a house cleaning recently and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. They worked around our schedule and had a very thorough intake conversation. The day of the cleaning, Ani, Lexi, and Lenora were very respectful and accommodating of our schedule since we work from home. When they were finished, my house was as clean as a hotel. I feel like that’s the best compliment I could give them! I highly recommend this business with their excellent commitment to customer satisfaction.

CottageCare has been a lifesaver. They were able to do a move out clean when we sold our home and the new owners raved about how extraordinarily clean the home was. Cannot say enough good things about Cottage Care. We've been using their services for a few months now and found each individual cleaner to be reliable, thorough, consistent, and extremely pleasant and professional. The management team is great about following up to see if there are any areas for improvement or specific items to be focused on next time. It's also very helpful to be able to add/remove specific rooms/tasks according to my budget.

I recently had my first cleaning from CottageCare and I'm both happy and extremely impressed. My apartment is spotless and organized, including the bottles and cleaning items I keep out in the bathroom and kitchen. There is a thoroughness and attention to detail I have not experienced with cleaning services in the past. It's just me, so I think I can keep it up for a few months, but then I'll have CottageCare come back. I appreciate their communication as well. A professional service that earned my highest recomendation.

I had my house cleaned my Kassie and Anyssa for the first time last week and they did a great job. Honestly, I don’t think my daughter’s shower has been that clean. Our house still feels clean a week later and not having to find time to clean is so helpful.
What I appreciate about Cottage Care is their personalized plans. Frieda helped create a cleaning schedule and worked for my family and my budget. I look forward to my cleaning next week and all the weeks to follow!
