Ameyah cleaned our townhouse today and everything looked amazing! She was on time and very thorough especially with our carpeted stairs and cat trees! She left a very kind note afterwards and made sure to shut the bathroom doors so my cat didnt eat the TP. Nothing compares to coming home to a sparkling clean house and we will continue to use Cottage Care and Ameyah. 4/1/24: Today Kat cleaned our home and it was beautiful when I got home! She also left a really fun note commenting on our decorations which made me happy! I can't say enough about how much I love this cleaning service, they never disappoint! 12/14/25 Faith cleaned our home today and everything was wonderful as usual! Everytime I get to meet one of the cleaners they are all so kind and attentive to details and do such an amazing job. I couldn't recommend this place more! If you have to means to have someone else clean your home DO it! you will be so happy with the results and with the free time it gives you back!

Jan did a fabulous job. My house looks amazing. I had my knee replaced in July and have a new puppy to help me with mobility. The floors take a beating with a puppy but Jan did a fantastic job cleaning. Super happy with Cottage Care and Jan😊

Very professional. Communicated well. Responded to my texts in a timely manner. Arrived on time. Cleaned every room they were scheduled to do plus a few extra things I wasn't expecting to be cleaned. They brought all their own supplies, left no trash behind. I am very sensitive to smells so I had expressed my concerns with using scented products. I was told that would not be an issue. I was very relieved to come home to a house that “looked clean” instead of “smelled clean.” Nothing was damaged or out of place. This was the most positive experience I have had with a housecleaning service. I’m very happy with the result and am looking forward to my next scheduled cleaning.

Working with Cottage Care has been great! I had some unique requests for our home due to disability and Frieda at the Aurora office has been wonderful about ensuring I have help cleaning the specific things that are hard for me so I can stretch the value of their services while avoiding the areas I can do independently. I really appreciate that. The cleaning professionals that have come into my home have been polite and make it easy to work from home while they are around. They are communicative, thorough, flexible and my house feels amazing when they leave. Highly recommended ☺️
