From interacting with Melissa and the office staff on the phone, to coming home to a clean space, working with them is such a warm, positive experience! We have been using these folks for some time. Nancy comes in and always does a great job for us. Nancy is particular about every thing she does and leaves our place sparkling. I am a cancer patient whose generous best friend gifted me this house cleaning service. Boy has it made a difference! I needed a nontoxic, consistent clean and this company always comes through and does a great job. Kaitlin has been outstanding and gone above and beyond to take excellent care of my home during a difficult medical time, when cleanliness matters even more. Couldn't recommend her and this business more!

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I had to take a moment to recognize Chenese from CottageCare.
This past week has been one of the hardest I’ve had in a long time, and today I came home to a house that felt peaceful again. Chenese did an absolutely amazing job. Every room was spotless, every detail was taken care of, and it was obvious that she put genuine effort and pride into her work.
What impressed me most wasn’t just how clean everything was—it was the care behind it. You can tell when someone is simply doing a job, and you can tell when someone truly cares about the quality of their work and the people they’re helping. Chenese is definitely the latter.
As a busy working mom, there are times when having help isn’t a luxury—it’s a lifeline. Today, walking into a clean home lifted a weight off my shoulders that I didn’t even realize I was carrying. It gave me a chance to breathe.

This was our first house cleaning w Cottage Care. Tori & Anna were wonderful. They arrived on time and went right to work. They made the kitchen & bathrooms shine clean and bright. We are older adults so they did a few extra kindnesses for us. We want them back and they said they want to come back.

Absolutely the BEST experience! I was in a bit of a panic getting ready for my daughter’s graduation party, and my house needed some serious attention. Cottage Care truly came to my rescue—what a relief it was to have their help. From the very start, their communication was top-notch; I always felt informed and taken care of. The management team genuinely cares, and the cleaners go above & beyond!
I have to admit, I almost want to keep our incredible cleaner a secret, but she absolutely deserves recognition. Diana was outstanding—she put so much effort into every single room and made sure nothing was overlooked. She didn’t leave until everything sparkled! I can’t thank her enough for her dedication & hard work.

We’ve been using CottageCare for a while now, and we’ve been extremely happy with the service. Carly does a fantastic job every time she’s here. The house always looks and feels clean, and it’s obvious she takes pride in her work and pays attention to the details.
One thing that really stands out is the value. The quality of the cleaning we receive is excellent, especially for the price. It’s been a huge help to our family and gives us more time to focus on other things.
