Not what we booked…
We were supposed to get a minibus with an English driver. What we got was a crew cab pick up, with a driver that spoke very little English. Also, no water was provided as was promised on the reservation confirmation. However, the driver was a very careful.and steady driver.

Easy to find and good communication!
Because of the terrible lines to get through immigration it took almost 2 hours to get through. I contacted the driver who patiently waited. He was easy to find outside the baggage claim area and then offered to stop so we good get some snacks and beverages for our 1hr ride to the hotel. Only thing is the store we stopped at was a tourist trap with 2 12 packs a bottle of wine and few bags of chips costing 90 US dollars.

Professional and Safe Service for our family
Excellent service to our resort and for our return trip to the airport. Our drivers were on time, courteous, and went out of their way to offer to make any stops for necessities along the way. The vans were very clean and professional. This is the second time that we have used the service in Costa Rica and will use it every time we return.

This company is very professional. In time updates via email, with description of the car and driver. Most important, you pick the time of pickup, and they arrive 5 minutes before and wait for you.

Luis was our driver from Playa Negra to Liberia airport. He was on time and very professional. We had a great conversation and Luis was very respectful and friendly. We hope Luis picks us up when we return.
