Absolutely amazing space! Staff, chef, transportation, activities, and our fabulous concierge took care of every detail. My travel partners were impressed from the moment we walked in and there was not one complaint from anyone. Chefs food was delicious, timely and we all gained weight due to the sheer volume provided. We will definitely book with Chadwick and Casa Elite again. Highly recommended!
Fantastic tour!!! Saw monkeys, a small crocodile, birds, lizards, bats, a snake, and many other beautiful creatures. Andre was our guide and was entertaining and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this tour to have a wonderful experience of some of the best wild life and beauty Costa Rica has to offer.

Five of us stayed at Chadwick's place for 5 nights. Brittany was the host we communicated with and she was always proactive, friendly and extremely helpful. She was available to answer questions from early morning to late at night, and arranged for transportation both to and from the airport. The penthouse was exactly as pictured. Great location, security, and amenities. I would highly recommend staying here and hope to do so myself whenever I return to Jaco.

I would recommend this stay to anyone traveling with a large group. The place is exactly as described and everything was lovely. This was an extremely last-minute trip to Costa Rica (literally booked a week before) because our Jamaica plans got canceled due to the hurricane, and Brittany was so helpful from the moment we reached out.She gave us restaurant recommendations, excursion options, and was always friendly, responsive, and available whenever we needed anything. The Jaco strip is super close and walkable, and the pool area was really nice.10/10 recommend. We’d definitely stay again.

Stayed here for a long weekend to celebrate a milestone birthday with friends and the home exceeded expectations. Abby was amazing and responsive from start to finish! She helped me find a bartender for my birthday dinner, taxis, entertainment, and even gave recommendations while we were there. We had one issue while at the home and Abby and the maintenance team handled it very quickly. Walter was also great! 10/10 I 100% recommend

Everything about the penthouse was great! Brittany was awesome and helped us find things to do and places to go. the only negative was the small elevator. It could fit maybe 4 people max without accidentally rubbing against the buttons which makes you stop on numerous floors. but 2 or 3 at a time was no problem. also, one morning there was a drumline practicing next door at 8am which woke some of us up...but other that that, it was great views, great hospitality and great space. literally one of the largest condos with super high ceilings made us feel like royalty. would definitely recommend!

If you are in Jaco I highly recommend this house. not only does it come with security at night, but everyone we encountered during our stay was top notch. Walter (security) was always friendly and punctual. Abby (host and concierge) was very responsive and helped us book an awesome private chef service for breakfast and dinners the whole week (private chef Jose created many magnificent meals for us). it's an all in one package and the amenities and service exceeded our expectations. if you're looking for a house that comes with a full service concierge service that makes booking transport, excursion and experiences super easy, this is your spot.
