La experiencia con esta administración AMEX es, sinceramente, muy deficiente. Resulta inaceptable que, con una cuota de comunidad cercana a los 400 € mensuales, la gestión sea tan lenta e ineficaz.
Las incidencias tardan meses en resolverse —cuando se resuelven— y la comunicación es prácticamente inexistente. No hay respuestas claras, ni seguimiento, ni una atención adecuada a los propietarios.
La falta de profesionalidad y de capacidad de gestión es evidente, especialmente tratándose de una comunidad de gran tamaño como Costa Natura.
En mi caso, la sensación es de abandono total por parte de la administración. Por todo ello, no puedo recomendar sus servicios en absoluto.
Sehr schöne, familiäre Anlage, mit direktem Zugang zum Strand, schöne Häuser im mauretanischen / andalusischen Stil.
Die Anlage ist im Vergleich zu den bekannten französischen Naturist Resorts eher klein, aber fein und auch im Dezember kann man noch oft ohne Kleidung natürlich hier leben.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nah, über eine Fussgängerbrücke und dann gibt's direkt einen Aldi, ein paar hundert Meter weiter einen spanischen Supermarkt.
Wonderful place. Nice restaurant and cafe, lovely pool, convenient for beach. Activities laid on (Pilates, Qigong, boules, dancing tuition and aquasize). Sauna and large hot tub recently added. I think we were lucky to get a late booking in a large and well equipped duplex apartment. Would definitely like to go back!!
A beautiful Andalusian replica of the Pueblos Blanca's that are famous in this area.. Hasn't changed a lot over the years, peaceful if you are not close to the main road. Been here many times . The grounds are wonderful if a bit scruffy in places. Perfect base for visiting Estepona and the endless places of interest in the area. Good mainly covered parking. Choose your accommodation carefully and ensure you have a view and some sun as there are a number of studios that are like dark dungeons!!
The restaurant is a mix of good and bad. The good is the food and the charming chef, the bad is the rude front of house and the very amateur service. See my review on their own status .
2025. The relocated hot tub would be great if it didn't have a permanent resident sitting in it guarding as if it was his own. If you approach he immediately moves his legs across the handrail access point so as neither of us risked entering for fear of falling. Obviously he moves when his buddies want to join him, also regularly seen with a mobile phone quite obviously filming that is supposed to be against the rules and should be dealt with by management.
The other thing we found very bad was the number of men with genital "adornments" . One chap in particular had literally every single part of his genitals pierced, my wife remarked that it looked like he had an entire canteen of cutlery attached! If this is not obscene enough he went to great lengths to "display" himself to others including the various children there from time to time. This NOT Naturist behaviour and not acceptable unless the management want Costa Natura to become known as a seedy home for deviants. Get a grip CN!!
