I recently had the pleasure of receiving treatments from Dr Wass to improve the structure and harmony of my face. I was feeling very unhappy beforehand, but Dr Wass has truly given me back my confidence and self-esteem. I had Botox for upper eyebrow the right eye didn’t seem to last, I had to go back in a month, mr wass gave me the HFU treatment & that helped,so I’m definitely going to have both eyes done, Very satisfied with the Mr Wass .

After numerous times going to the doctors about my nasty wart on my thumb I was advised from my dad to visit the clinic to get it froze. It was the best money I've ever spent! The staff make you feel so welcome. Dr Wass was fantastic, listened to everything I said and made me feel at ease. I can’t recommend becks enough. She has transformed my skin where I had an area of bad blemishes and sensitive skin. Through resurfacing treatments and microneedling the transformation is amazing! I have also had a hydrafacial and am part way through my laser hair removal which im seeing amazing results from so far! Can’t thank her enough⭐️

I wanted some fine lines between my nose and lip filled and he said that would be £750! So I asked the price of filler to the sides of my lips and again he said that would be £750! I told him that I’d never ever paid more than £300 for filler and he said that they obviously weren’t doctors! I wanted Botox just for some lines above my eyebrows. He said he couldn’t do that or they would drop. And yet I’ve had it done loads of times by other practitioners and it’s worked great. He said that I needed two lots of Botox, one between my eyes (where I don’t have any lines anyway) and one to the side of my eyes which was not an area that bothered me. I paid £220 for the two areas of Botox he recommended and it’s done absolutely nothing for me. It was a total waste of money. I wish I had not gone there and can’t recommend it. And to my shock when I got home and checked his web site fillers can be done for £250 not £750 as he kept insisting? Overall a very bad and confusing experience. :(

The resurfacing treatment offered at £750 was to address your specific skin concerns, and any filler suggested was to help achieve natural, balanced results suited to your anatomy.

Regarding the Botox, our aim was to provide a subtle lift and avoid heaviness around the eyes, especially given your previous concerns. We always tailor treatments with safety and long-term satisfaction in mind.

As this was your first and possibly only visit, we genuinely wish you the best in finding a clinic that aligns with your expectations. Our priority will always be to treat ethically and to result.
