Cortez Dental provides excellent care. Both Nancy and Vicky are conscientious, skilled, thorough technicians. The front office associates, especially Melissa, are always friendly and knowledgeable, making the coordination of insurance and appointments efficient and easy. Thorough, professional and I think they generally care about my dental health. My only complaint, is a 0900 appointment is a 0900 appointment. If you are delayed please have someone say why, I understand that issues come up, but a little more communication would help my stress level. Otherwise you guys are great.

Dr. Sheahan was absolutely amazing for my son Rhett during his tongue tie procedure. We were recommended by our lactation consultant and a friend. We went for a consult for my son’s tongue tie where Dr. Sheahan explained everything very thoroughly and walked through entire procedure and what to expect. She was very considerate and validated any concerns / feelings I had about it initially. She provided resources to better learn about procedure as well. We went back for the actual tongue tie procedure which went so smooth. She was very comforting and great with my son and even prayed with us beforehand!! The procedure itself only took a couple minutes. My son is eating better already - both with his latch and a bottle. The staff at the office are all extremely nice. The office is very clean. I will absolutely continue to bring my son here!!

I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Jones, his assistant Jacob, and the entire staff at the clinic. From the moment I arrived, everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. The customer service and level of care were excellent. Dr. Jones took the time to explain everything to me very clearly and thoroughly addressed all of my questions and concerns, which made me feel very comfortable and well cared for. Jacob and the rest of the staff were also attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout my visit. I truly appreciate the care I received and would highly recommend Dr. Jones and this clinic to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate, and professional team. My 2 year olds speech therapist recommended Dr. Sheahan for his tongue tie surgery. Well, she is absolutely amazing!!! She made my son feel extremely comfortable and safe, the procedure was done quickly and she answered every single one of my questions. Everyone was so nice. The waiting room had the cutest little toddler table with toys. I’ll recommend her to everyone from now on!

We were recommend Dr. Sheahan by our lactation consultant because we were told by 4 pediatricians and one ENT that my son didn’t have any ties in his mouth even though he struggled to eat and had many symptoms of ties. We saw Dr. Sheahan today and she was very thorough in her exam and explained everything in great detail (much needed for first time parents) my son ended up having a lip and tongue tie. We had them both revised same day as appointment. My son ate better and had visibly relaxed shoulders and hands immediately after the revision. He was smiling and cooing within 10 minutes. Dr. Sheahan was very caring and considerate, I would recommend her for anyone with littles worried about possible ties.

Unlike many dentists in the area they are not continually trying to sell you treatments you do not need. Very friendly team from the staff at the front desk to the hygienists and dentists.
