TLDR; I love this place — I’ve had the Concierge membership with Dr. Lenamond for about two years now, and I honestly can’t say enough good things. She’s helped me manage my hypothyroidism and has always been there whenever I’ve gotten sick. Most doctors talk to you for five minutes and rush out, but with her, we actually have real, thorough conversations. she truly listens. What really sets this place apart is that, unlike most med spas where you never actually see the doctor, Dr. Lenamond is there. She’s around the spa, involved, and personally administers the Botox. That makes me feel so safe, and I truly only trust her with my face. And let’s be honest, the fact that she can sneak in a little Botox during visits? Chef’s kiss. I live all the way in Austin, but knowing that I can check in with her and get help quickly if I’m ever sick is such a relief. I genuinely love this clinic. And don’t even get me started on Will. He makes you feel like you’ve been best friends for years and never tries to oversell treatments. I’m 34, and he’s never once pushed anything I didn’t need. I can’t wait to book another treatment with him.
