The space itself is so cute and welcoming, and the team who works there is genuinely the sweetest. From the moment I walked in, I felt totally comfortable— they even offered me a mimosa at check-in!
What I love the most is that they don’t cater to just one “type” of client. They really listen, make you feel like you belong, and customize their recommendations based on your individual needs and goals. I’ve been on tirzepatide for three weeks under the care of Dr. Shelly Lenamond, and I’m already down seven pounds! This has been such a huge blessing because I had been on semaglutide for a year and a half and completely plateaued. Dr. Lenamond has finally helped me bust through that plateau, and I couldn’t be happier. On top of that, I’ve had far fewer side effects compared to semaglutide.
Dr. Lenamond truly cares about her patients and is one of the nicest people I have ever met. She takes the time to listen, makes you feel comfortable, and genuinely wants the best for your health and well-being.
The spa itself is absolutely beautiful—colorful, pristine, and always spotless. The décor is outstanding, and I feel beautiful every time I walk in, no matter what I’m wearing.

do NOT come here for any filler. I came here for lip filler and the filler is too deep into my lips. I know that because I went to a different lip lady and she noticed I had a ring on the inside of my mouth full of filler. She tried to pop it and squeeze the filler out but couldn’t because whatever she put in there was super thick. So I had to go through the dissolving process that she did for free because it was just such a botched job. I recommended my friend here and the same thing happened to her and every other place we went to STRONGLY recommended to not come back. Dr lemand or however you spell her name also left me super bruised and sore and she would flick the needle out of my lips which was her “specialtly” and a bad excuse of a “technique”. With the doctor having so much “experience” her work does not reflect that.

Dr. Lenamond is so rude, I do not recommend her if you want to be treated with respect and kindness. There’s too many Doctors out there in this area I would not recommend her… never had a problem with the MA’s but shoot the pay must be good cause that Doctor is horrible. Cause if we’re being rude her extension tracks were showing & she needs some chapstick, maybe she should worry about that instead of making a bad rep for herself… shaking my head.

Just over a year ago, I had the great blessing of coming to this place.
Recommended by someone I know from my Bible study group, as I've already said, it was and will be a great blessing to my life.
When I began my journey with Dr. Lenamond, I never imagined how satisfied and grateful I feel to be part of everyone who works at this Med Spa.
For me, this is the first time in my life that I've been treated for my hormones. I've lived through five terrible years of perimenopause and couldn’t find the reason for so many symptoms, the worst of which was being overweight.
I arrived weighing almost 200 pounds, feeling terrible and frankly hopeless.
Dr. Lenamond treated me with great care and explained in detail what she and her team do at her Med Spa.
Today, I'm 42 pounds lighter (and going for more), with lots of energy and my metabolism back to normal.
I sleep, eat, do my normal activities, and I'm back to my old self. Not only my old self but I think a better and improved version of myself. Feeling blessed, fulfilled, and content.
Everyone who works there has always been my biggest cheerleaders (along with my sweet family), and no matter how small my achievement, they celebrated it and they made me feel like I shouldn't give up.

Let me start by saying Dr. Shelly is the queen of skin—smart, kind, and absolutely flawless. But let’s talk about WILLIAM. The man, the myth, the fabulous injector! If you’re looking for someone who understands the art of “all things pretty,” William is your guru. He even has a Dolly Parton-themed room—yes, you read that right. Imagine getting your filler while “Jolene” plays softly in the background. It’s a whole rhinestone fantasy.
AND THEN… there’s a speakeasy bar inside. What kind of magical wrinkle-erasing Narnia is this place? The staff makes you feel like family—if your family were all aesthetic wizards and beauty shamans.
I came in with deep smile lines and left with them softened—and honestly, I probably got more from laughing so hard. It’s like a facial and a comedy show had a baby and that baby had perfect skin.
I am a very satisfied customer and I WILL be back. Probably sooner than I need to, just to hang out with William and the glam squad. 10/10, would let them stab me with needles again. 💉💋
