The Pilates is the best I have ever experienced and I have tried many in the area. My herniated disc is no longer a problem. I also recommend the 1:1 PT training with Dom - top class.

I joined Core Fitness in Chalfont St Peter when I was on maternity leave in early 2025 and it quickly became one of the best choices I have made for my wellbeing and, strength - I genuinely cannot wait to go every week! Scott, who owns the gym, is outstanding. He is not only empowering but makes everyone feel welcome, introduces all clients to each other so everyone feels included, and remembers the small details about your training and life that make each session feel personal.The other trainers that work at Core Fitness reflect Scott’s high standards and connectivity. There are no more than six people in a class so you always receive real attention and clear coaching that is well guided. I have been to many gyms over the years but nothing has matched the quality and creativity of the sessions here where every week is structured well and has an intention and focus for that week. The community is another highlight. The classes attract friendly, motivated people which makes it easy to settle in and feel part of the group from the start. I have recommend Core Fitness to others as I am so passionate about how fantastic the overall experience is!

Great PT sessions! Dom and Scott helped measurably improve my fitness and also form, to get the most out of gym sessions. The group circuit training was valuable too for cardio - and the social aspect. Thanks!

I started training with Dominic at core fitness about 3 months ago, training with a friend once per week. I’ve been training with a PT for a number of years, but my friend has never trained or really used a gym before. Dominic and Scott are very welcoming and friendly putting us at ease from the start, and making sure we’re getting what we want from our sessions. Dominic is very patient with my newbie friend, taking time to ensure he understands each of the exercises and that we both perform them with proper form. The gym is very well equipped and the layout means we get a space to ourselves so you don’t feel at all self conscious of others training at the same time Since moving to core fitness Dominic has really started to push my progress, I’m working harder and feeling the results, it would be very easy to dread going each week but he makes it fun so I’m actually enjoying the sessions

Fab club. Really apprehensive initially but decided to call in to see if a supervised training course would aid in my post surgery recovery. Put at ease immediately by Scott who teamed me up with the brilliant Sasha. Only 3 sessions with Sasha so far and I am already noticing amazing results. Sasha listened carefully to my issues and designed the perfect programme which is adjusted each week as I progress. She has put me at my ease whilst at the same time putting me through my paces whilst keeping a careful eye on my movements and making adjustments as I work out rather than leaving me to my own devices. I am certainly excited about the benefits and improvements I am already feeling and hopefully will join in group classes in future.

I've been with Georgia and Scott at Core for coming up to a year. They have built up my strength and stamina to a stage that I feel better than I did when I was 40! (I'm pensioner age +!). I have much more confidence in my body and it has had a positive affect mentally . I recommend them

I can’t recommend Lucy and Scott at Core Fitness highly enough! I’ve been doing Lucy’s Pilates class for the last 6 weeks, and it has quite honestly been life changing. After having hip problems for 8 years and a hip operation 2 years ago, I still wasn’t quite pain free. I spoke to Lucy and she recommended Pilates. Lucy’s class has allowed me to target a few areas that I wasn’t getting to, and I’ve had some pain free days for the first time in 8 years. Lucy’s instructions are incredibly clear, and the classes fly by. It’s a bonus I’m strengthening lots of other areas, too! Highly highly recommend!

I highly recommend Core Fitness. I am not a natural exerciser but pushed myself well out of my comfort zone to try Core Fitness. I am so glad I did. It is a really friendly well equipped space. My PT Georgia is brilliant - she puts together my programme perfectly and I work out in the knowledge that I am in safe knowledgeable hands, which is so important to me. We also have a lot of laughs along the way! Guy's Saturday group sessions are also a great way to kick off the weekend. Thank you team!

Anita comes once a week to train with Georgia in the studio on a 1-2-1 basis and also come to the Saturday power hour with Joe as part of her PT package. It's great you enjoy so much.

I have been a member of Core Fitness for over a year, regularly attending the Friday morning group PT classes with Scott, and my experience has been exceptional. Scott is not only friendly and professional but also highly knowledgeable, providing valuable guidance while ensuring a safe and effective workout. He strikes the perfect balance between challenging you and respecting your limits. The group classes are fantastic and include exercises that can be adapted to be suitable for all fitness levels. The best investment is to sign up with core fitness, Scott and the team are incredibly passionate , encouraging and knowledgable. I came back to core fitness at the most challenging period in my life but training with Joe has really helped my mindset. I would highly recommend Joe, after a month of training, the support, positivity and motivation has had a big impact on my physical and emotional health. Whilst I still have a long way to go, his dedication to tailor the sessions to my goals along with his recommendations is helping me get stronger and grow in confidence . He brings his wealth of experience to tailor the session to my goals. I always look forward to the variety of the session and each session with new challenges knowing he will support me . Joe constantly makes time to answer any questions I have and I can see he genuinely wants to help me succeed - his personable approach and investment, really helps me during a mentally tough period. I can see a difference in my strength and working to improve my core has helped ease my back pain. I also want to thank Scott for his dedication to ensure that core fitness is a safe space and one whereby he truly wants to make sure his clients achieve their goals. He always makes time for a chat and his friendly approach lifts my spirits whilst tracking my progress . Also Thankyou to Sasha, I have trained in the past with her and she is an amazing personal trainer, very supportive , friendly and motivational . Sasha really helped me and is very knowledgable . Love working out with Sasha - I’ve been going for probably about 6-9 months now and Scott and Sasha are really welcoming whilst still pushing me and making sure I’m getting stronger. Can’t recommend enough.

Just completed another training session at Core Fitness with Ben. He is very knowledgeable, supportive and encouraging. He is good at pushing you just a bit further so you achieve more without being one those irritating, shouty trainers. I have been going to Core Fitness for 3 years now and have seen a radical improvement in my strength, fitness, balance and core stability - I'm constantly impressed by the quality of training and the difference it makes to my well-being.

After a spell of ill health I contacted Scot to see if he could help, I wanted to build my strength back up. . He was fantastic, I booked a six program, They were really flexible with times and even if I had to cancel at the last minute, it was never a problem. Georgia trained me for five sessions and she great. Scot took the last session. (Which was the hardest one😂) They were always very supportive and encouraging. I was so glad I got in touch with Scot, I would recommend Scot and Core to anyone looking for a personal trainer. Des

Scott’s team is really really good. I’ve returned to circuit training after a long break. My tennis physio suggested I need to strengthen my legs and overall fitness. Circuit training is ideal for that and although I’m no spring chicken, (I’m almost 68) I’ve made great progress in the past couple of months. I bought an “electric pink” Core Fitness T Shirt…….which motivates me to continue the sessions. 10 out of 10……..perfect 10 Stephen
