Earl came to our home on a Sunday to install a thermostat for a new heating unit that went bad while we were out-of-town. He was very professional and thorough. The Trane heating and A/C unit installed by Chafee about 13-yeas ago finally failed and was replaced with an American Standard while we were away. Because we were gone, Chafee was unable to access the thermostat to ensure everything was working properly. We have ALWAYS been happy with Chafee and the service provided.

We have had a lot of issues with our system that we got just a couple years ago. But they have done everything they can to help us and came out in a quick manor to try to get everything back going! We do have a warranty thankfully! Got home yesterday and it was froze up! Definitely not what you want to see when it’s so cold out and you have pets and a family lol but as soon as I called they jumped into action and I couldn’t be more thankful! Devin showed up in less than an hour and was very quick at diagnosing the problem and going over what we could do to stay warm until they were able to get back out with the part to fix it! We were so happy with Devin and his experience and patience with us that I sent him on his way with a packed dinner and dessert! I’m sure he had a long night ahead and we were so thankful for him and Chaffee! 10/10 recommend! They are all so nice and helpful even with all the trouble we’ve had with out system! Thank you again Chaffee and Devin for getting us back going! We are forever grateful!!
