Just had split units installed at my house and worked with Milton- from the second he came in, I knew he was the man for the job. He was well informed and gave me numerous different options that worked for my budget and made the most sense for my house. From the initial consult with Milton, through the end with the rest of the team, the job was handled perfectly. Not one bad thing to say, everything was done perfectly and efficiently. Huge thank you to everyone at Cool Bros! Update: we had additional unit installed and yet again, another seamless installation. Slight problem was encountered with the unit (nothing to do with the installation) and Milton made sure the problem was resolved quickly and efficiently, making sure everything was resolved before leaving and also following up in the days after to make sure everything was still running smoothly. 10/10 customer service and installation work!

Milton and his team installed the Mitsubishi split units into my residence. The team was very knowledgeable, thorough and neat. We are a happy with the outcome as it looks like it will be a hot summer. They also serviced my Navien unit and executed the job seamlessly. I would highly recommend them as the pricing was competitive and fair. I will definitely keep them to service these systems on the annual basis.

We scheduled a consultation with Cool Bros. They came out promptly and walked through our home. We are new homeowners and we want to install some air conditioning, but we didn’t know what our options were. I found the whole process very confusing! After the consultation and measurements, we got a quote (or rather several different quotes) sent to our email. It was so difficult to understand the differences in all the options! For example, where will it go in the house? Where will it go outside? How much space does it take up? What does it look like? How loud is it? Does it do heating and cooling? The name brands mean nothing to me. No one ever called or emailed to follow up. After researching online, I just gave up. Weeks later I went back to the quote to try to understand it again, but it had expired. I’m looking for a professional who can clearly explain my different options.
