We loved the Family Croissant Class! It was such a highlight of our trip to Paris. Chef Sarah is a fantastic teacher, and our kiddo was so proud to be able to learn, step by step, how to create her favorite French pastries and then munch on them for the rest of the day. Would highly recommend to any family visiting Paris.

I highly recommend the Croissant Baking Class through Cook’n With Class. Professional Chefs Christian and Sarah were very knowledgeable, personable, and, patient, with our 2 groups of retired adult students. We had a wonderful baking session with camaraderie and laughter, while learning how to make 4 different styles of delicious croissants, which we washed down with champagne to celebrate our accomplishment! I would take this class again without hesitation.

Unforgettable and so much fun!
We had an amazing experience! My daughter absolutely adored the decorating activity, making it an unforgettable memory. Chef Christian was fantastic and made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this to people of all ages looking for a unique activity!

Unforgettable culinary experience
Chef Fabrice truly made this experience unforgettable! This was my fourth visit, and every time, they exceed expectations. The way they incorporate the history and culture behind the food adds so much depth, and the food is, without a doubt, phenomenal. Everything about the experience is simply top-notch. I can’t recommend them enough!

We took the Eclairs & Choux Pastry class today. (Be sure to book it in advance.) Christian was our teacher/chef, and he was great! He taught us everything we needed to know while keeping the entire experience fun.
We've taken other baking and cooking classes, and sometimes you can either feel too pressured or worked too hard. In this case, Christian made it all low pressure but still a very hands-on, learn-by-doing experience. And as a bonus, everything we made came out great. I've attached photos of what we created today, and it's all as delicious as it looks.

My friend booked the bread class for us, and it was a highlight of our trip! Chef Sarah was a fantastic teacher-- extremely knowledgeable, passionate, engaging, and also so personable I didn't feel dumb asking basic questions as someone who's barely baked before!
The 3 hour course itself is incredibly well designed. Sarah explained the entire process was around 3 days (resting the dough etc), but with clever prep we still got to do every step of the process with pre-prepared materials. That stood out for me!
We made around 5 different types of pastries and they were all delicious. Sarah also kept track of who baked what, so we each got to take home exactly what we made. Plenty to take home and have for breakfast the next few days! :)
