Don’t do Paris without a cooking class with Christian
We just finished our croissant class with Christian. I am positive that this is the best thing we will do in Paris. My 18 year old daughter absolutely loved it and wants to sign up for another class. We loved every moment! Christian is so warm, fun, friendly, and entertaining!!! we did Farr more than I expected. I thought we would just learn learn how to make an we did Farr more than I expected. I thought we would just learn how to make a croissant but we made many variations… sweet and savory!!! We enjoyed wine and laughs and we made new friends from other states to boot! Besides enjoying the amazing the results, we feel so accomplished! Thank you, Christian! I can’t imagine a better experience.

From my 10 year old daughter (we took croissant en famille course):
I liked how nice our teacher was and also I really liked the croissants that we made. I can’t think of anything that can be improved - it’s already at the top level. At the end our instructor showed us how to get to the top of montmartre (the tourist free back way) and we enjoyed our croissants up there.

Yummy & Fun Class
My husband and I participated in the Marie Antoinette Pastry Class at Cook'n with Class in Paris. Our experience was phenomenal. Chef Christian was so much fun to work with and explained everything in such a way that I feel that I can comfortably try the recipes at home. We made five different desserts and lauged so hard at the end when we all donned wigs and drank champagne as we sampled our desserts!
Wonderful macaron-making experience
Christian was incredibly friendly and explained everything so clearly, making the experience truly enjoyable! The macaron we made was not only large and colorful but also absolutely delicious. It was such a fun and memorable time. Merci, Christian, for a fantastic class!

This class is marvelous! We did the Marie Antoinette class and learned 5 different desserts. Wonderful bang for your buck. Christian was our chef and we could not have asked for a better, kinder, more accommodating or more enjoyable chef. From beginning to end he made things simple, made sure everyone participated and made us all smile. Your group works around one big table with the chef guiding your group. I am not a baker but feel like I learned enough to make all the recipes at home. I will take a class from this business every time I am in Paris. I'd give our experience 10 dates if I could!

Baguette and brioche class
Christian was a great teacher. Great demonstrations and he answered questions we had. Lots of hands on shaping the baguette and brioche doughs. The results were superb.

The French cooking class was an outstanding experience with Fabrice. The best meal I've had. By the end of the class Fabrice made three Australians, four Americans, and one Chinese feel like family eating around the table!
