Amazing experience!! My sister and I had chef Christian for our croissant class. Chef Christian was amazing and explained everything so well. It was so much fun & I would definitely do it again.

Chef Christian We had the most amazing experience with Chef Christian!! He was so kind, explained everything with patience and has so much experience as a traveling pastry chef around the world! He is going to send us the recipe to cook for our friends at home!

Making Macarons with Christian It was so much fun! Christian did and explained it so well. His personality is so warm, funny and he has a lot of humor. I can only recommend that you take a macaron baking course with him. It was just great! Thank you Christian ❤️

Chef Christian's Macaroon class is superb! chef Christian's macaron class is fun and most importantly his macaroons were easy to make and super tasty! We will come back next year for the croissant class!

Chef Christian Class Chef Christian’s class was such a one of a kind experience! I am a 24 year old who has little to no cooking or baking experience. I doubted I would be able to make something editable but I was in shock by how Chef Christian was able to teach us how to make something that looks so complicated easily. He is so kind and fun to be around as well. Most importantly, the macarons were to die for, better than anything I could buy in New York.

Best baking classes in Paris When I tell you I had the most special weekend in Paris with Cook N Class I mean it. From the moment I went in Jessica made me feel so welcome and then I had a choux and baguette class with Chef Sarah, who was simply amazing. She was so funny, kind and patient and I learnt so much! The next day I had a macaron class with Chef Antoni, who was brilliant too. He was highly skilled, funny but professional and made me feel so comfortable. He also put on some amazing music that we jammed to. Two weeks before I lost the most important person in my life and I was so nervous about coming on this trip, but they all allowed me to smile again and that is something I will never forget. Thank you, Nikki.

Highlight of our time together. We signed up on a whim, and had a blast. Chef Antonin was the BEST! We were all experienced cooks, yet learned several new techniques throughout the class. Meal was delicious. We loved shopping together and figuring out a meal we would all love to eat. Will definitely do this again!!

Fabulous macaron class in Paris My husband and I took Sarah’s Macaron class with our 10 year old granddaughter. The class was fantastic. Our granddaughter helped Sarah pick out the colors for the macarons plus the filling flavors. Everyone participated in the making of the macarons. We all mixed, piped and filled the macarons. This was a fun class and the macarons turned out great !

Amazing Marie-Antoinette class with Chef Christian! We took a Marie-Antoinette class with Chef Christian, and highly recommend him! We were a group of 7 but he was very patient, energetic, kind and took the time to explain everything and to answer our questions. We made 4 French desserts: tart, choux, macaron, truffles and jelly. We even made several gougères with the pâte à choux leftover. It was an amazing experience, I would definitely come back.

Absolutely Amazing! We had the best time with Chef Christian at the Patisserie en Famille class. Christian is warm, funny, engaging and talented! My 7 year old son had the time of his life and won’t stop talking about how this was “the best thing ever!” Highly recommend!
