The Chicken Alfredo pasta that they catered at a recent work function was so tasty. Even my coworkers wanted to go back just for the Alfredo sauce. Also the salad wasn't just a plain ice berg mix (which is what is typically served at business lunches) it actually had halved cherry tomatoes and cucumber. The staff was really friendly as well and made sure the line was well tended and filled for folks going thru.

Jane + her staff are amazing! I’ve worked with Jane on weddings AND have attended weddings she has catered, everyone is always blown away! The bistro is 5-star. Can’t go wrong with anything on her menu in house.

Food and drinks are way too expensive. Menu items my wife and I tried (3) were small and average, nothing special. The fresh loaves of bread are a different story... excellent, and not really too expensive, not inexpensive, but considering the quality, worth it. We wouldn't eat there again but we will be stopping in to buy more loaves of bread! Service was good and friendly but maybe a little too inattentive on the drinks. Atmosphere was nice and quiet.

A recent gathering had this catering company. Warm soup was delicious and very healthy. The rest of the buffet was excellent. Salmon and cheese as well. The desserts were outstanding. If I need a caterer I’ll call this one!

We had CUAS cater our wedding in May 2023. The food and service were absolutely amazing! We got so many compliments on the food from both our guests as well as our other vendors! Jane was so easy to work with and made sure everything went according to plan! I would definitely recommend Jane and her team at CUAS for any event that needs catering!

The definition of a bakery is a place where bread and cakes are made or sold. Yes It’s a bakery. But wait until you try the products that are being sold. Anyone can open a bakery, does that mean they should??? The sandwiches have almost nothing on them, but yet they’re over $10!! How can anyone stay in business that long? I don’t believe they understand the concept of “Quality”.

Love everything about this place! Not only is it beautiful to look at, the food is amazing! In the five years it's been open they have done so much to make downtown a place to be, so thank you for that! The menu truly has something for everyone, whether because of dietary restrictions, or just want something that you won't find anywhere else in Rice Lake. Generous portions too!

We had CUAS cater our Handfasting wedding 9/10/2022 with their fajita meal option. Everyone like fajitas and they are simple and basic. But not here. They were outstanding!!! Everyone complimented how delicious the food was. They were attentive and patient with our timing (our wedding guests like to mingle and talk wayyy too much) The food was hot and super tasty. Very impressed by this staff and this company. They even had another server on hand to make sure everyone was taken care of. Being a buzzing bride, with everything a blur...they were all kind and treated me with patience. It was a late night wedding and even later service, so I really appreciate the staff being so understanding and attentive.

Three strikes and you're out!!! Went with 2 out of town guest to lunch today 7/6/22 because they saw your sign & wanted to try it out..even thought my 1st two visits weren't very impressive, I held back my opinion and went along. One ordered the Steak & Madh which was, and looked over cooked & completely dried out, plus the potatoes were almost cold., The other had the chicken sandwich with the "fresh baked bread" which was so dry it just crumbled apart in hand..so ended up just eating the 1/4 cup chicken spread & chips that came with it! Both were very disappointed (especially send that much) and I felt bad because I didn't speak up in the first place. My previous experience with the Cuban Sandwich was the same as the steak..very driedout.
