It's surprising there are so many good reviews and leads me to believe they're fake. Went for the first time today and it was absolutely bizarre. Security guard just looked at me. Walked into the store and no one was in there. A few people were then lined up and the associate walked in and I said "hi!" and was met with an eye roll. Never did she say "how can I help you" or even "next person." She had the wrong order and was overall rude. I will not be back. Uncomfortable, unfriendly, and honestly hostile atmosphere
Erick was absolutely amazing to work with. Storefront is absolutely perfect! First time down and I’m definitely coming back… huge shoutout to Cookies Fam for holding it down.
