Disappointing rewards system that does not seem to apply points consistently after purchases. Also, there is a sign in store claiming you earn points for shopping a certain amount of times and spending over a cetain amount per month, but the points were never were added to my account. I sent them an email to ask about it, but they did not reply. The employees in the store could not help me.
Pretty nice store, but their prices are higher than the other stores in the area, and without a good rewards program, it's just not worth it.
ricky was the best!!!! helped me go through menu and find everything i needed. will be back!

I like having an official Cookies brand here in Chicago...but why DOWNTOWN lol! Anywho, love the atmosphere, the staff is amazing and very knowledgeable. This was my 3rd or 4th time visiting, so, of course, I'll be back (*Arnold vc*)!
