Met gentleman at storage place. Asked him if he would unload two of our trailers. He absolutely squeezed us into his already packed schedule to accommodate our needs. Pricing was outstanding and so was the crew that moved our belongings safely and efficiently., will hire them again!

UPDATE: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR MOVE!!!! The owner’s response below will also include why this company is shady. To the owners response: 1) I was given NO contract to sign, he only wrote the terms via text, and I told him BEFORE the move I would NOT pay $3,400 in cash as he requested. We also started the conservation for the move TWO WEEKS prior. Even his own driver explained how he did not understand why the owner would even ask for such a bizarre request, but again this is who you’re dealing with if you decide to use their services. I offered multiple options to pay since zelle put a limit on how much I could send to the owner ($500/day), which he refused, including the option for a safe wire transfer. He even stated “You can deposit the rest of the money in my chase account” but apparently a wire transfer was not in his cards. Interesting. Either way he received $3400 on the same day as the move, within an hour of the pickup. 2) The driver himself stated they should have had a bigger U-Haul for the move. They did my first move and knew exactly what I had, and I even provided pictures the second time of what was included. No dolly for this type of move considering certain items that I had is a disservice to your movers and my heavier items. The driver stated that the owner refused to allow the movers to have a dolly because they needed to take the bus back from NC to OKC. 3) I did NOT offer your driver a separate deal to change the schedule, I simply asked for when he was arriving to North Carolina which he stated would be 8am-10am which he also communicated to you and somehow there were still not 2 movers! This is all recorded via text. The owner responded to me via text “I know your complaints are money motivated. You just want to get a discount on the move.” I gave your driver the rest of the money left over as a tip ($130) since he clearly was not paid well by you AND it was just me and him finishing the move! There was no money motive, I was given money to complete this move, which I also stated to you. I previously gave this company a 5 star review for helping me move my apartment into a storage unit. I decided to go with this company again for my move from the storage unit to my new location. The owner of this company did not help his movers prepare for this assignment, as the U-Haul was slightly smaller than what was needed for the move (same exact move!) and did not equip them with a dolly as well. When it came to the payment, I was asked to pay 90% upfront in cash before they could start the move ($3,400) which I refused. We opted for a zelle payment and while there were daily limits ($500/day max), he refused to let his movers drive until I gave him the rest of the money through cash app. He refused a wire transfer of the money as well. I received a relocation package by my new job, this was never about money. The driver arrived at my new location by himself, when we agreed upon 2 movers. I decided to help the mover myself and he was STILL asking for the 10% before the mover could unlock the U-Haul. He apparently had a second mover that was not going to arrive until 2-3 hours later, which does not align with the time that I was told from the driver himself. Let alone, he’s clearly not paying his movers well and setting them up for success to do their jobs in a safe, efficient manner. I would never do business with this company again, and I hope you put your money elsewhere to a better moving company in OKC.

We understand that this move was much different than your previous one, particularly given the short, two-day notice you provided. We would like to address the points you raised.
Regarding the truck size
Your items were successfully loaded and moved in the truck we provided, all items fit perfectly in the truck size provided without damage. Our team is trained to load and pack items efficiently to ensure everything fits securely.
Regarding the change in payment terms
After our team had completed the loading process, you informed us that you could only pay $500 per day. As you know, this was a significant deviation from the agreement you agreed before hand. The terms of payment, including the total cost and our policy that full payment must be received before the truck departs, were clearly communicated to you and agreed upon beforehand. We could not allow our team to proceed with the trip until the agreed-upon payment had been made.
We also became aware that you privately offered our driver a separate deal to change the delivery schedule without the company's knowledge or consent. This is a serious breach of our agreement and violates our internal policies. We cannot have customers making private financial arrangements with our employees to change the terms of service. This practice is both unprofessional and puts our employees in a compromising position
We pride ourselves on providing reliable, transparent moving services, and we hold our employees and customers to a high standard of professional conduct. Given the circumstances surrounding your non-payment and your attempts to make private arrangements with our employees, we have decided that it is best for both parties if we do not work together again in the future. We wish you the best in your new home.

I called very late in the evening after another mover I had scheduled bailed on me. They responded quickly and sent Carlos and another guy out to help me get moved, accommodating my schedule nicely. I would give these people zero stars if I could. We booked them for a minimal packing and mostly a loading job in preparation for our move in OKC which they had confirmed. They flaked on us at the last moment without any prior notice and with no communication at all. When we tried contacting them on the number listed it kept going to voicemail with no replies from their end. Terrible company with zero work ethic or accountability. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE TO PEOPLE WHO WOULD HONOR COMMITMENTS AND VALUE YOUR TIME. Do not trust them at all with sensitive move timelines.

Two movers showed up, we asked politely to let us clear some things in the room. They left in their truck and never came back. We called and texted them with no response. We ended up having to move the large furniture's ourselves! If they knew they couldn’t wait. Why not communicate it? Rather than just leaving with no response. Very unprofessional. You don’t treat customers like that. I wouldn’t use this company again. (Edit) 1. The house didn’t have any odor. They were only in one room. 2. That’s a disabled individual who had on shorts and a shirt. They cannot move easily around. They only had their shoes off. How is that half naked? You don’t even know someone’s personal situation. Train your movers better to not make assumptions and not be discriminatory towards disabled individuals 3. The house was not in disarray with bills. It was just one table in a separate room. We politely asked to give us ten minutes to organize since your movers showed up early. 4. They didn’t wait outside for an hour. That’s not true. They left after 5 minutes Look at some of the unprofessional responses the owner is giving to some of the reviews. That should tell you everything you need to know. They don’t have experience working with disabled individuals from what I witnessed. I wouldn’t ever work with this company again they obviously pick and choose who they want to provide services to. Don’t take the risk with them.

Below is the movers response
1) Upon arrival , your house had a terrible odor.
2) Somebody was still laying half naked on the couch you wanted them to move and watching TV. It showed a lack of respect for you and the movers.
3) The whole house was in disarray with bills, papers, and trash laying everywhere. You were simply not ready for the move to take place.
4) After the movers waited outside for almost an hour. They decided to not waste any more precious time. They decided to leave..Our services are not for everyone. In this case, we chose not to provide services to you. We will focus on doing our best, and not worry about things beyond our control.
