I highly recommend this acupuncturist and so grateful that I found this practice. He helped relieve severe muscle tension I had been struggling with, along with nerve numbness in my hands and sciatica. I now feel so much relief and finally getting back to functioning in my day to day like myself again. He is knowledgeable, professional, and truly cares about helping his patients feel better.
I’ve had a really great experience with Dr Beys! I have tennis elbow which is super frustrating and painful; the acupuncture treatments I am receiving are the only method of treatment that has helped so far. Dr. Beys is candid, straight forward and caring which I really appreciate. Highly recommend!
Cannot recommend enough. I struggle with fertility issues. And before seeing Dr Beys, I had done treatments for 5 months. I did a 6th round of treatment and this time added in sessions of acupuncture with Dr Beys. I’m now 15 weeks pregnant. I truly believe adding acupuncture in with fertility treatment is the best course of action. The facility is clean, everyone is very kind. And Dr Beys was steadfast with his knowledgeable and positive attitude.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I met Dr Beyes when I was in the thick of infertility - multiple miscarriages, failed IVF cycles, and he always assured me that if I came regularly for about 3-4 months that it could help me. During that time IVF, IUIs all failed. Sure enough, 4 months into treatment I was got pregnant with a healthy baby boy, naturally! I’m so grateful for his continued encouragement, despite my pessimism after what I had been through. He always remained positive that it could work and he was right!

After experiencing back pain for several months, I decided to give acupuncture a try and am so glad I did! Dr. Beys provided great care with each visit and really took the time to address my specific needs. Each treatment was comfortable and relaxing and I finally felt relief from my back pain. (Scheduling was super flexible, too!). I highly recommend!
I’ve been suffering from pain caused by a herniated disc in my neck and trap muscles for over a year. During that time, I’ve tried cervical epidurals and physical therapy, but nothing has given me the relief that acupuncture has. Since beginning treatment here, I have experienced such noticeable improvement, and I am truly grateful.

michael is the best!!! i used mike 14 years ago for carpal tunnel pain. i adored him and his procedures and knowledge so much i sought him out and drove an hour to see him during my pregnancy. my carpal tunnel had returned with a vengeance and he made it way more manageable. amazing, brilliant, personable and determined to give relief. he is a must in everyone's life! if acupuncture can fix it he is the go to dr for it!!!
I was hit with back pain so bad that I couldn't get out of my car without help. My daughter told me that Dr Beys helped her with acupuncture but I was sceptical, never having had acupuncture before. Being that I didn't have other options because it was a Saturday, I called the office. The good doctor answered and told me to come right over. I went and was practically carried to the office. I was put on the table and received my first treatment. It immediately relaxed my spasms and I actually fell asleep. When it was over I was woken up and asked to try to stand up on my own. To my disbelief I stood up without help and barely felt any of the pain I felt when I came in. It was like a miracle. I'm so greatful to Dr Beys for his skills and great care. You can't find a better acupuncture treatment than Dr Beys' treatment. To top it off, he's also got excellent bedside manners.
After many years of a chronic backache, I tried everything to get relief and ended up taking tramadol (opiate) regurarly every day. I do not like to be half zonked out, so after a lengthy discussion with my pain management doctor, he referred me to Dr Michael Beys.for acupuncture. The results are fantastic. No tests, no xrays, MRIs, etc. Relief, pure relief from the pain most of the time and tramadol only once in a while required and it is getting better all the time. Discussing this with my cardiologist, he told me that acupuncture has been around for some 3000 years and modern "chemical" medicine less than 200 years. And acupuncture can alleviate many other problems that we as human beings have.
My experience with Michael Beys and acupuncture was nothing short of life changing. I was diagnosed several years ago with primary idiopathic orofacial dystonia. The recommended treatment of choice is Botox injections to control the spasms, so that’s what I did but the side effects in my opinion were worse than the spasms. I was looking for an alternative and that was acupuncture. The results are amazing! Michael’s attention to details and his determination to constantly achieve even better outcomes are phenomenal! He is a truly dedicated health care professional.
I have had acupuncture for years in various locations, Jersey City, Princeton, Shrewsbury. So once living in Shrewsbury, I could find anyone I cared for until I went to the Zen Den. It’s a fabulous organization offering a variety of healing services. I regularly go in for acupuncture but have done cupping and Tai Chi. All services are provided by amazing professionals!
