We had already purchased properties before signing up, but we joined to improve our data-analysis skills and see whether there was anything new to learn. It definitely strengthened our confidence when it came to buying interstate. Previously, we relied on a buyer’s agent for interstate purchases, but often felt they were functioning more like sales agents. After completing the course, we felt far more capable of making informed decisions ourselves.
It’s certainly a valuable program, but you do need to dedicate time to apply the teachings. Even if you still choose to work with a buyer’s agent, you’ll be much better equipped to challenge their recommendations using what you learn in the course.
The student-only community forum is also a great resource, with plenty of discussion among like-minded investors. I believe you can also approach PK for feedback on a shortlisted area or property before purchasing, although I haven’t personally used that service, so I can’t confirm the process.
Overall, it’s a solid course that offers both knowledge and confidence—provided you’re willing to put in the work.

If you're a first-time investor and are debating between paying a Buyer's Agent or gaining the confidence to purchase on your own, I highly recommend starting with PK’s Property Investment Accelerator course. It is truly worth every dollar and I'd even consider it as a buyer's agent course.
Before finding this program, I spent 6–12 months trying to educate myself through free content and podcasts. While I did learn a lot, I still couldn't piece together the exact formula for interpreting data and where to source it.
The thought of spending more than double the course cost on a buyer's agent and still not knowing how to do my own due diligence to verify their properties was very daunting. Especially because some of my friends had used buyer agents in the past and some of them did not have their interest at heart.
This course solved that completely and given me the confidence to pull the trigger. It's structured less like a standard course and more like a self-proving system. You learn the entire process from start to finish, complete with worksheets and all the sources you need to fill them out. It’s almost like having the answers to your questions provided alongside the textbook pages.
I took my time, going through the content twice, and was able to successfully purchase my first investment property about three months after starting. Not only has the course given me the knowledge and confidence to execute purchases on my own, but it has already saved me money by preventing costly first-time mistakes. The sheer amount of time I saved is easily worth the price alone.
