Quick and reliable repair service My PS5 had a display issue, so I brought it to Console Portal after reading their great reviews and noticing their affordable prices. They quickly identified the problem, offered to clean it, and originally said it might be ready the next day. To my surprise, just a few hours later, I got a call to pick up my fully functioning PS5! The repair and cleaning were done quickly and at a very reasonable price. Amazing service!

Phoned console portal after been told by another company my son's Xbox needed replacing and wasn't fixable.Steve was great informing me it's very rare and he would be able to get this fixed , this included the max price it would cost so there'd be no surprises on collection,dropped it off to his lovely shop with a sad looking 14yr old got a phone call the following day that it was ready,anyone with teengers know how they need there computers so was impressed with the speed of the repair and it was very appreciated no hidden costs, great customer service,very polite, friendly and helpful also comes with a 1 year warranty which is amazing. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.
