The HDMI port on my son's Xbox Series S was torn from the main board, causing trace line damage. I am extremely grateful for the quick and dependable repair! The service was top-notch and brought the console back to perfect working condition in no time. Thank you for making the process so easy and stress-free.
A cracked and split HDMI socket completely fixed and turned around within a couple of days. Sent on a Wednesday, received it back on Friday, completely functional with 0 issues. Even fixed an issue with that occured during transportation with my disc drive at 0 extra cost or waiting time. Cannot speak highly enough of this experience. Open communication, very effective and super simple. Hopefully I won't need to use this service again, but if I do then I'm definitely using them again
How refreshing that a company do exactly as promised. No chasing, prompt service and class communication. I needed a ps5 repairing for my son and through Google stumbled across Console Portal. Spoke ice r the phone. Ps5 collected the days after and 3 days later it was back with us. Speedy service, established the fault and fixes, for what I thought was a reasonable price. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service
I can’t recommend Console Portal highly enough. They repaired two of my Nintendo Switches that both had the dreaded blue screen of death, and the service was absolutely fantastic from start to finish.
Both consoles are now working perfectly again. Excellent service, great communication. Would happily recommend them to anyone needing console repairs.
