Upon moving out, I worked so hard to clean the entire apartments, dropped in their box both my apartment and mailbox keys in an envelope with a forwarding address. After moving out, I patiently waited to receive my deposit for two years. I finally requested to get the deposit refunded to me, they claimed they have never received them and so I ended up not receiving my security deposit. I will forever remember their mishandling and share this bitter experience with others.

Upon moving out in September 2020, I placed all keys (two house keys and one mailbox key) in the office night deposit box, along with my forwarding address. When I contacted Kim at Connolly Communities in 2023 to request my security deposit, I was informed that the keys had allegedly not been received.
I now realize that I missed several follow-up emails from Kim in 2020 regarding this issue, which was my oversight. While I regret not following up sooner, it is disappointing that the keys I properly returned were somehow misplaced or lost, leaving me with no way to prove the return.
