I highly recommend connect mortgages, competitive fees and very friendly professional service provided. Jemma Batterbee was great to work with. She made the whole process simple and as stress free as possible. Always kept me updated throughout the process and communication was key, always available to speak to and responses were prompt. She found me a great product that was needed to complete my property purchase as I needed to lend 6x my salary. So a special thank you to Jemma I’m very grateful. Also Ahmad Zahid was excellent too in helping me get the right cover for my mortgage. Everything was well explained and in detail. It was all set up by Ahmad at no extra cost so I can’t recommend connect mortgages highly enough and if you’re as lucky as I was you’ll be able to work with Jemma and Ahmad too they were brilliant. Tehmina has been amazing! In everything - from my first telephone conversation when Tehmina listened to my situation and came up with possible solutions that my previous adviser had not even considered. From explaining the proccess and to following up with progress updates and sorting out any problems that arose on the way. From the outset she was very encouraging that there was a solution but was very honest and upfront about the potential issues too. It was very difficult to trust someone else as I was scammed in my previous dealings with a brooker, he took upfront fees of £6000 and strung me along and then told me my case was not possible, that person has been taken to court for fraud by another complainant and stripped of his licence. I can't emphasise enough the differance Tehmina has made, my land purchase has now completed, after the stress and anxiety I had been through she was like a breath of fresh air. She was informative, encouraging and thought very much outside of the box from the very start. I have no hesitation in recommending Tehmina as a commercial finance brooker for any investment property or business related funding. Her experience and depth of knowledge is apparent and she is a pleasure to deal with. Thank you again for all of your help and support.
