I am genuinely disappointed with the outcome of my stamped concrete patio installation, especially considering the excellent communication I received prior to the work beginning. Unfortunately, the quality of the installation and overall experience fell far short of my expectations.
It appeared that there was no supervision on site during the installation, which may explain several unacceptable issues. The crew removed and discarded my guttering without permission, repositioned my security camera so that it faced downward and could not record their activity, and caused damage to my door trim—both the wood and the vinyl frame. The concrete splatter reached the soffit of my home, which I could not get cleaned off.
Additionally, the surface of the patio is inconsistent: one side is smooth, while the other is not, and the color is significantly darker than what I selected. Instead of the gray I requested, the finished product has prominent brown tones.
When I called the supervisor on the first day to raise these concerns, they were dismissed. I was told he would be at my house the next day, but he never showed up. Communication with the crew was also difficult, and I had to speak with someone named Salvador to translate via phone.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone who values the protection of their property or expects professional results.
Concrete Indy was amazing to work with on extending our patio! Eric initially came out promptly to measure and discuss the extension. He was so knowledgeable about the colors, options and about the weep holes in our brick. We changed our design 2 other times before we had our job completed, Eric and Brandon were great, walking me through the design and updating our quotes along the way in a timely manner. The concrete team the day of was also amazing and extremely efficient. Walking me through the best options for some of the curves and corners. They weren’t the cheapest or the most expensive quote we received but their knowledge made us feel like we would get the best quality; and we absolutely did, we couldn’t be happier. The patio looks amazing and we can’t wait to use it this summer!

I had a 12 x 30 patio done it came out nice but have five or six spots that look like stains on patio & they left stains in front of my house on the street from one of their equipments leaking oil that looks like crap but Mike is going over and beyond to take care of the problem to get it cleaned up and I really appreciate that but the stains on the patio won’t go away, but Mike is coming out to do what he can to make it look better and I really appreciate him taking time to do that

The owner of the company contacted me this morning and they are making things right. They are going to refund half of the additional. This takes integrity to do the right thing!!
The crew did a great job. They were very polite, did quality work, and cleaned up after they were done. I would definitely recommend this company for your concrete project!
Things went extremely well until the day of the job. I had a driveway widened on the 3rd car garage side and a 550 sq ft patio poured on the rear of our home. I pulled all the permits for the job and I sent these to Concrete Indy on October 12th which was 16 days prior to our scheduled date of October 28th. I called them and sent text messages on October 15th to ensure they received the permits and to make sure they had read through all the requirements of the driveway permit. It required them to remove the existing sidewalk so it could be poured thicker. I was told they reviewed everything and we were good to go. We agreed on a final price for the job and I signed the contract on October 22nd.
The crew showed up yesterday (10/28) around 8:15 am and started work. I received a text from Mike at Concrete Indy at 8:43 am saying that I had to pay an extra $925 to remove and replace the sidewalk. I told him that I had talked to them about this and was told we were good and a price was agreed on. He stated that they missed it in the quote and I had to pay it. He also stated that he gave me a $2 per sq ft discount to do the sidewalk, since they changed it on the day the work was being completed. This was not true because the quote was at the $/sq ft they charged me yesterday to do the sidewalk.
I understand that mistakes happen but they increased the total price by 10% on the day of the job after the crew had already started work. I ended up paying the extra since they would not work me on trying to make this right.
Awesome job start to finish! Professional group and attention to detail. They made recommendations that I didn’t even think about that made a huge difference in our final look. Thank you Brandon, Mike and crew for the awesome job! We are very happy with our new patio, driveway, and walkway!

Concrete Indy did an outstanding job on my new concrete sidewalk! They were prompt, professional, and extremely clean throughout the entire process. It's hard to find a crew that takes this much pride in their work. I'll definitely be using them again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone needing masonry or concrete work done right.

Concrete Indy did an amazing job on our back patio! They were great communicators and followed through with everything we planned. They accidentally upgraded our patio with some concrete stamping but didn’t charge us for it! I do recommend calling 811 even if you don’t necessarily have to ahead of time just to be safe that all utilities are marked ahead of time and avoided during the project. We had a great experience and would recommend Concrete Indy and will use them again for any future concrete projects we have!

Me and boyfriend had our driveway sealed with a pigmented sealer, and the end result was great! The finish gave our concrete a fresh, uniform look that really enhanced the curb appeal of our home.
