Sione and his crew were great to work with in getting our driveway replaced. We've gotten many compliments on it. Someone from the house across the street saw ours and ended up hiring them to replace their driveway as well! She spoke very highly of Sione and his crew's work and that driveway also looks great. I'm glad to have found H&L Concrete LLC!

Sione quoted a very attractive price for our job, then delivered premium results. He identified problems and corrected the driveway pitch and drainage as part of the project. He included several small wish-list fixes to curb and wall. Great attention to detail by him and his crew.

We are so pleased with H & L Concrete! This was a huge project of about 70 yards. We picked them out of 4 companies we had do a bid, and they did not disappoint. The back section is for an outbuilding that needed specs from an engineer and a city building permit. H & L were understanding when the engineer took forever to get his part finished and were happy to make adjustments to the agreed upon specs to meet the city’s requirements. The crew was very respectful, on time, worked hard and updated us regularly. We would recommend H & L Concrete to friends and family and will use them again in the future. Thanks, Sione!

Sione and his guys did an excellent job on a new cement pad for a hot tub that we are purchasing. He came in at the lowest price amongst 3 bids and I am very pleased with the work that they did! I will be calling him back when I need another pad for a backyard shed in the near future :)

Sione and his H&L crew did an AMAZING job on our project in our backyard. They removed our old fence, dug, built and poured a concrete wall along the whole back side of our yard, and mostly leveled a very UNLEVEL backyard. It's truly a miracle! They worked hard and fast and were always willing to answer questions. We will be working with H&L again in the Fall for a smaller concrete project. Thanks again Sione!

I highly recommend H&L Concrete. Sione and his team were incredibly fast, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. Not only did they complete the concrete work on time and with great quality, but they also helped with several things outside their scope—moving my hot tub, taking down the patio cover, and even assisting the sprinkler crew by digging holes to relocate the main lines. They also offered to come back and help move the hot tub back once the concrete cured, which speaks volumes about their commitment to customer service. They were quick to respond to the size and urgency of our project and worked efficiently to meet our tight Friday pour deadline. The pricing was fair, and after doing plenty of research, I can confidently say their 5-star reputation is well deserved. The workmanship was excellent, and I’m extremely happy with the final result. If you're looking for a dependable and hardworking crew, H&L Concrete should be at the top of your list.

I hired Sione to pour a new driveway and patio. Additionally he and his crew did a full demo job of the home removing carpet all appliances and other items in preparation for a full remodel. He did the work quickly and within budget and I have zero complaints I plan on hiring him for more jobs. I was amazed how quickly he was able to get the work done and how well that was performed
