There wouldn’t be too much to say usually about a mail box but Concorde Mail box are just wonderful. It’s a pleasure to go in, pick up mail and see Alan who goes above and beyond with both the level of care he puts in to the service and making peoples days a bit better with his wonderful smile and being so decent.

I’ve been a very happy customer of Concorde House Mailbox for a few years now. I highly recommend them. It’s a convenient way to have post delivered if you don’t have a fixed address. Alan always lets me know by text when I receive post & parcels. Collecting my post and saying hello to Alan & Stephen has become a highlight of my week! I have used Concorde House as my business address for a number of years even though I no longer live in Brighton and Hove myself. The service provided by Alan and Stephen is excellent with any post or correspondence is forwarded to me via email or Royal Mail very promptly. I very appreciate their local business and I will continue to support as long as I require address and mailbox services.

Can’t recommend Concorde House mailbox service enough, always receive a text when mail received and always scan a copy straight over to me, so convenient. Alan and Stephen are both friendly and professional and their yearly fees are very reasonable. Outstanding service !
