Very happy with the work Concierge did on a variety of tasks at our house. Tony did a great job isolating a leak in our shower, then re-caulking the entire enclosure, repairing damaged baseboards and drywall, and painting areas affected by water damage. He also fixed a defective electrical outlet. Reasonably priced, with great communication from Ken. Highly recommend.

We contracted them to remove mould and to repaint the walls and (popcorn) ceilings in my parents' place. They not only did a great job, but the constant follow-up by Ken (the manager) to make sure everything was to our satisfaction at every stage was very impressive. I can't think of the last time I had such detailed and constant follow-up to ensure our satisfaction (even when the job wasn't finished yet). I'd recommend them to anyone who wants the peace of mind knowing that the job they contract these guys for will be done to 100% satisfaction (or they'll just keep working on it till it happens, it seems). Price-wise, they were in the ballpark with other quotations that we got before we started.

Ken and Wayne are great people to work with. They both are professional and punctual. They both stand behind the work they promised. Wayne (the Concierge’s general subcontractor) is very detailed oriented and meticulous about his job. He did dry wall installation for me and painted it. He reinstated the dry wall such that it it is seamless. Wayne is punctual and leaving the job site very clean. Wayne also has a great people skill.

Our experience with Concierge was just outstanding. They were professional at all times, answered all of our questions, and made the whole process seamless and painless. We had rotting deck tiles replaced, on our 290 sq foot patio There are lots of odd angles, so the job was not straightforward.
