Perfect service and repair. I struggled to find a service provider for the grout and caulking in a shower room. Out of all the requests I sent to various companies for estimates, Concierge Repair was the most professional and helpful getting things started. Ken has echoed this through-out the entire process, and I won't hesitate to reach out for future service requests. The two Technicains, Tony and Guglielmo (If I butchered that name, I'll owe you a coffee if I see you on a future service) did an immaculate job. Thank you!

Hired them to help with a TV mount on a wall with limited studs/skinny steel studs. Firstly, they were the only (out of four) companies contacted that responded right away. Also, the only ones that have immediate availability. Overall, very timely communication and services. Joe was the tech and he was awesome! Very knowledgably, respectful with house items (took care of everything as it was his) and friendly. 100% recommended.

​This was my first time hiring a professional company for home repairs, as I am normally a strict DIYer. However, facing a tight timeline and a few issues outside my expertise, I reached out to Concierge Repair. I worked with the manager, Ken, to get an estimate, and he quickly scheduled his team to handle a wide range of tasks, including drywall repair, bathroom regrouting, faucet replacements, and crown moulding installation. ​The project has spanned a few weeks, largely because I kept adding to the scope of work as I noticed new things around my condo needed to be addressed. Ken was incredibly accommodating with every single add-on request. What would have easily taken me four times as long to complete on my own was delivered quickly and to a very high standard. I am very happy with the quality of the work. ​On top of that, Ken's team actually helped save me money. During the process, i was around to ask questions and was suggested alternative methods for a few repairs, which lowered the initial estimate or removed certain costs entirely. ​I was also incredibly impressed by their after-care service. A few days after a new faucet was installed, it began to leak. I reported it to Ken, and he was swift to action, sending a team member right back out to diagnose the issue. It turned out to be a manufacturing defect, completely out of their control— and they showed me the evidence while explaining it to me. I was relieved in how this was handled as it goes to show you that this company stands by its work. ​Even though the team is still wrapping up a few final details, I will once again say I am incredibly pleased with the service Ken and his crew have provided. I would not hesitate to recommend Concierge Repair to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality and professional work. Thank you Ken and team!

I was very pleased with the work done at our rental apartment. They installed a bath surround, repaired drywall, recaulked the vanity and sink, treated for mold and painted the walls and ceiling. Through issues with Strata Council and a finding of asbestos I changed my mind several times as to what we wanted to do. Ken at concierge was understanding and very responsive to my phone calls and emails. He provided me with updated very detailed scopes of work each time. They worked around my tenant's schedule, and did a great job on budget.

Tony was experienced and efficient in his approach, and made the shower look like new again. Also, their quote was fair for the work completed. The technician, Tony, arrived right on time, was very friendly, and carried themselves professionally throughout the visit. The work was completed exactly as described, with no surprises.
