Double height wrap around extension 2nd time we have used Concept Infrastructure Limited and Bryan and the team were great again. They worked with us to minimise the impact of the works as we co.pleted our 2 storey wrap around extension. Changes were made during the build which they accommodated and suggested Improvments throughout. Will be using again as we continue to create our perfect family home.

Dividing room with new wall and removing unwanted walls and doors. Bryan has been fantastic to work with along with his team. They have been very easy to communicate with and all the work has been done to a really high level (despite us having a few change of minds along the way!) We look forward to using them again for sure!

Extension and internal conversion Bryan and his team have just finished our project, 3 small rooms and an old conservatory turned into an extension to create one open plan space as well as the rear of a garage converted to a utility & shower room. They were brilliant & I would highly recommend them.

Remove Conservatory. Build Extension. The project was to remove a conservatory and build a larger extension in its place. The whole project was stress free as Bryan and his team managed it all from start to finish, so there was no need for us to organise all different tradesmen. The guys worked tirelessly each day and were the tidiest tradesman we have experienced. We are over the moon with the end result, the extension and new kitchen layout is perfect, more perfect than we could have imagined. The team are highly recommended and we look forward to working with them on our next project.

Single story rear extension and internal alterations We are 4 weeks into a 13 week project involving removal of a conservatory and addition of a single story extension, 3 rooms knocked through to one open plan kitchen/dining/snug and a part garage conversion to a utility/shower space. Yes its the messy and noisy stage and a bit scary if you have never done this before! Bryan also sorted the compliance stuff. So far its been exactly what Bryan said it would be, he or his men turn up when they say they will, do a proper days work and keep it as tidy as possible with a courteous approach, as well as making a fuss of the dog! so far so good...

Front and Rear Extension Double extension project to front and back with complex roof structure. I would and have recommended Bryan and his team and wouldn’t hesitate to call on them again for other works, the knowledge and experience is invaluable. They have finished our project with such care and attention to detail and we are 100% happy. With so many second rate tradesman out there with a lack of expertise it can be hard to find someone you trust. We trust Bryan and the team wholeheartedly and feel very lucky to have found them and their availability. We shall miss them when they are gone!

Rear Extension and Refurbishment Bryan and his team have done an amazing job and have completely transformed our dated bungalow into a modern home! Bryan’s team worked really hard, especially in the heat wave when they where digging the foundations for our extension, they did not stop and worked all day which I was really impressed with. Bryan is very approachable and was happy to answer any questions we had about the build, also if there was something that we didn’t like the look of it wasn’t ever too much trouble for him to change it to what we wanted. I would be happy recommending Bryan and his team!

Bricklaying for rear extension and front extension The bricklayer Pete at concept infrastructure has done an outstanding job. Pete tied in the new part of the house with the old meaning there was no unsightly joins and to anyone new visiting the property it would be unrecognisable that we’ve had an extension at all it looks as though it has always been here. The attention to detail is incredible and we couldn’t have asked for anything better, he takes such time and care to ensure everything is not only built to a good standard but looks fantastic too. Cannot recommend them more and will be using concept going forward for all of our future jobs

Foundations for a 5 metre extension and porch After being let down by our previous builders at the last minute and needing to find new contractors urgently I came across Concept Infrastructure and from the very first phone-call I was immediately put at ease. Bryan and the team are friendly, approachable, polite, tidy, helpful, and an absolute joy to work with. From the beginning we have been more than happy with the works. Even when the weather was continuously challenging they would still be here trying to do what they could and would always inform us if they couldn’t come. We would 100% recommend Concept and are so glad we found them.

Scaffolding to the front of the House to access the roof area. Curt and his team was on time and very polite. The team did a very neat and tidy job in installing and dismantling the scaffolding. I would always recommend this company for any future projects

Construction of an outbuilding We wanted a new out building in the garden for working from home. Having recently had Bryan and his team work on our bathroom we had no hesitation having them back. The works included new foundations, a block work insulated structure and wiring throughout. Really happy with the end result and glad we went with concept Infrastructure once again!

Rear Extension and Garage Conversion Bryan and his team extended and converted our garage into a home office and kids playroom. They were superb and I can't recommend them highly enough. They worked with us from the beginning to the end, helping to arrange an architect, delivering the project and getting all necessary planning and local authority sign off. The quality of the work is top notch and the team were really friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We'll definitely be using them for any future work.

Rear Single Storey Extension including Bifold Doors and Installation of Kitchen I’ve lost count of how many times we’ve said how lucky we were that we chose Bryan and his team to build our kitchen extension. The team went above and beyond to ensure as little disruption as possible, as we remained living at home. During this difficult time, Bryan did everything possible to source the materials required to finish our build before our baby arrived and some how he managed it! His team were really friendly and the family miss having them around. The level of finish is of the highest standard, better than we could have imagined and I can’t recommend Concept enough.
