I became concerned when my 4 year-old Lenovo laptop started experiencing some battery issues. I called Jeff after a Google search for a local technology provider. He came over that afternoon and evaluated the problem. Jeff proposed a solution to deal with the battery and speed up performance with a new solid state hard-drive. Once the parts arrived, he picked up the laptop and made the needed repairs overnight. Jeff's much more reasonable solution saved me from buying a new laptop. I am signing on to Jeff's managed services as soon as possible. I have utmost confidence that my wife and I will be operating our computers in a much safer environment and I look forward to a long relationship with Jeff. If you're concerned about your tech needs and the safety of your exposure to the internet, I highly recommend Jeff and Computer Medic Repair and Service.

But not with Jeff. He is trustworthy, honest, experienced (15 years), knowledgeable, patient, accessible, fast and to the point. Jeff was amazing and got to work helping me faster than I expected. He even tried to solve my problem without me having to go to him to save me money. When I did end up having to bring my computer to him, he was able to resolve my problem before the end of the day and get me my computer back. I will be going back to him if I have any other issues. Was referred to them by a family member, had been given his number. Called, got a text he was busy and to call back. I work. I sent a few texts asking a good time, non responsive. Made 1 last attempt, he sent text back saying call during regular hours. Which are ehat!what!? I found website, sent a message and 4 days later have not heard a word. Not my idea of customer service!

I had a great experience with Computer Medic Repair. I am not technically inclined and I got the best service ever. The gentleman was so very nice. He came to my house to pick-up my computer and dropped it all fixed two days later. The cost was very reasonable. I am keeping his contact information in my phone for sure.... Thanks again.
