Was referred to them by a family member, had been given his number. Called, got a text he was busy and to call back. I work. I sent a few texts asking a good time, non responsive. Made 1 last attempt, he sent text back saying call during regular hours. Which are ehat!what!? I found website, sent a message and 4 days later have not heard a word. Not my idea of customer service!

I had a great experience with Computer Medic Repair. I am not technically inclined and I got the best service ever. The gentleman was so very nice. He came to my house to pick-up my computer and dropped it all fixed two days later. The cost was very reasonable. I am keeping his contact information in my phone for sure.... Thanks again.

Jeff came by my Mom's house and gave us an idea of what the problem was and a few possible outcomes/option based off his initial inspection. He contacted us promptly later that day with his final inspection, made sure we wanted to proceed with the repair and was able to fix my Mom's computer and drop it off the next day. Very professional and informative. Would recommend 100%.

My PC was shutting down randomly and repetitively. I called Jeff of Computer Medic Repair, he took care of my PC within hours and I got it back the same day! He showed me what was wrong and what he had updated. I put the PC through a night test, all is good, the OS is stable, no more blue screens! Jeff is a consumate professional, very courteous, his rates are reasonable, and he is super service-minded. It is a pleasure to do business with him, and I highly recommend his services.

Jeff was a delight to work with. I have a 7 yr. old laptop which I've grown extremely attached to and I wanted to convert from an HDD to SSD. Jeff's price was far more competitive than three others in the my geographical area (Palm Harbor). On top of the explicit job that I contracted Jeff for, he fixed a sign-on issue for me on the spot and well ahead of even us agreeing to a job. This level of service is rare these days. I would also ask that in these times (COVID), it's important to work with someone as professional as Jeff, he takes all the appropriate social distancing steps on top of providing extremely quick service. Where others gave me a 72Hrs. or more turnaround, Jeff did the entire job in 24 Hrs. I strongly recommend working with Computer Medic Repair & Service LLC.
