Samantha Lewis helped me put together my will. Well, actually we ended up creating a trust. She was so helpful in walking me through what was best for me based on my beneficiaries and my wishes. I had a lot of questions, and I found it very easy to talk to Samantha over email and in person. During the signing process I was so impressed with the literal book she gave me. It was beautiful, and I felt like so much care had gone into it. She also helped me with my medical directive and all of those other little things that you want to do but put off. I feel a real sense of relief now.

Samantha is very good at what she does. She is knowledgeable, inquisitive, and carefully listens to what you tell her. I was very pleased with the assistance I received on several important estate planning issues. Trying to avoid potential problems and legal delays with the probate process is particularly important to me. One of the things I learned is that in Texas, you can file, with your county clerk, a Transfer on Death Deed on your property. I received all the guidance and assistance needed for that to be done. I have recommended this firm to other family members as I know they will be treated well and receive professional advice.
